Granite counter tops Bed-rooms are furnished with queen size beds TV and carpet. The family room is very spacious and nicely furnished with TV, stereo, Couch,and slumber bed for sleeping. After all activities of the day, enjoy the lovely furnished Solarium (porch) for your favorite drinks. This home is very private and has it's own private parking.
You will be 3 blocks from the beach, with beach access where you can enjoy the white Beach sands, Emerald waters and beautiful sun sets.
Boating lovers can launch their boat in the Lagoon from the public docks found in the neighborhood, where you can enjoy the beautiful Lagoon and visit St Andrews Public Park, Shell Island, or enjoy Fishing, Surfing, Scuba, Sailing, Sightseeing, or Jet Skiing, etc. You will be in walking distance to major restaurants and Deep Sea Fishing.
Golfing in the Panama City Beach area has been chosen as the third best "Golf destination" in the nation.
We are located just minutes from the all new Pier Park, a l,000,000 square foot entertainment and Shopping area.

We really enjoyed our stay at your house. Thank you so much for letting us stay a few extra days. The house was very nice and we all stayed very comfortable. We absolutely loved the sun-room. Most of the time we were at the house was spent out there. We really enjoyed staying here, It was a great place to come and relax for my husband and his buddy.
