Used the house for a family gathering for Thanksgiving. The house set up was perfect for this purpose with large open common spaces, and a large dining room table. The children loved the pool. Was looking forward to using the spa, but could not get it to operate properly. Jack, the owner, was nice enough to came by during the holiday week to trouble shoot, but with no luck. It was still a very successful trip and would consider using the home again.

We vacationed with our daughter, 4 grandchildren ages 1-4, and our son. The house was perfect with a large and open living/dining/cooking area. The Master Suite, two bedrooms joined by a hall and bath, and a fourth bedroom with bath provided all of us with some privacy in a very busy house! I was disappointed to learn the spa was just a tub with pool temperature water and only one jst operating, but the pool was great, the location was quite, and Jack was a wonderful and responsive host. We had a great time!
Owner response:The spa comfortably seats six to eight people and has five jets that provide heat up to 105 degrees when turned on by the user. The instructions for turning the spa on are located in the kitchen drawer. Please call me as my staff and I are available 24/7 to assist you in the operation of any equipment in the home.

We had a great time during our stay here and Jack (the owner) could not have been more accomodating.The kids LOVED the pool and the house is HUGE. We felt super safe being in a gated commmunity and the location was perfect for our needs. We will definitley be back! Thanks for a great time, Jack!

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious home. It has a beautiful heated pool with spa. Plus there is a large area for entertaining around the pool. The home is located in a quiet gated community. It is nicely decorated as you can see from the pictuers posted for this listing. It is located near a large state park which affords you the opportunity for walking and biking along paved pathways. Beautiful, spacious home with plenty of amenities, and all the comforts of home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. Home is located in a quiet, upscale community off the beaten path. Little traffic on the neighboring roads.

My two daughters and their husbands, my husband and myself stayed at this property in New Port Richey. This home is spacious with plenty of bedrooms and private bathrooms for everyone! The kitchen was a chef's dream with a dish washer, garbage disposal, side by side refrig and plenty of high quality cabinets. The pool and hot tub is off the family room. Our only regret was the weather in February did not cooperate for us to use the pool. The hot tub made up for our disappointment with the weather. We loved the gated community where we could take morning walks around the quiet neighborhood. We would definitely return to this property should we find ourselves in the New Port Richey area again.
