This wonderful beach cottage is under new ownership (formerly known as the "Strickland Cottage, if you've stayed here before)and it has just been completely refurbished! The gracious and stately front verandah (and requisite swing) welcomes visitors in quintessential Rosemary Beach style. Inside, the atmosphere can best be described as "Coastal Living" magazine... predominantly blues and whites; nautically inspired fabrics, artwork, and accessories; rich wood floors throughout; and natural sunlight streaming through the many paned glass windows.

Of the cottage's two second-floor bedrooms, the king master suite and queen guestroom both have private baths and each feature color TV's and DVD players. They each also have their own individual large covered porches with Adirondack style tables and chairs. There is also a bonus children's area which holds a day bed and a trundle. If someone requires ground level accommodations, there is a queen sleeper in the living room and a full bathroom as well.

Adjacent to the formal dining room, the kitchen features "coastal-style" distressed blue cabinetry and is professionally equipped with stainless steel appliances (gas stove) and granite countertops.

The cottage is located DIRECTLY on West Kingston park and features wonderful, peaceful views of what feels like a "secret" courtyard. Being park side also provides an extended front lawn for family frolicking or out-the-front-door personal time with a good book and a glass of wine. This cottage is near the year-round Sky Pool and the Rosemary Beach Racquet Club.

A two-minute walk down the picturesque and romantic boardwalks of Rosemary Beach and you're at all of the lovely shops, restaurants, boutiques, and best of all THE BEACH, in this sophisticated, first-class community.
