Come stay in our gorgeous ground floor condo! Breathtaking views of the cool emerald green waters and sugar white sandy beach. This ground floor offers the easiest access to the Gulf, the gulfside pool and the indoor pool and hottub.
Our Beautifully decorated ground floor condo is perfect for relaxing and enjoying all that Orange Beach has to offer. Gulf Front Master Bedroom has a luxurious King Size bed with custom bedspreads. Guest room offers a queen with custom bedspread. The remaining room offers 2 full/double beds with custom bedspreads. All rooms offer a TV with DVD and/or VCR. The living room also has a sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests. Fully equipped kitchen with wine cooler and storage. Our unit has gorgeous granite countertops and custom cabinets. We have a full size washer and dryer for keeping up with laundry while you enjoy your stay.
Bluewater is pristinely maintained. The outdoor pool area has plenty of room for lounging. There is also a kiddie pool for little ones. An indoor pool is just on the other side of the unit and also offers a hot tub, fitness room and steam/sauna.

Why the Owner Chose Bluewater
My husband and I bought this unit as our home away from home, even though we live in Baldwin County. At first we didn't rent it and stayed in the unit all the time. However came to the unit a little less and less over the years we decided to rent it so other families could enjoy it as much as we have.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
One of the best features of our unit is the close proximity to both pools and the beach.. Its the very closest access to either the indoor or outdoor pool. The porch opens to the common area which makes it feel like an extension of your patio. Its great for older guests, infants and younger children, or anyone who just doesn't like waiting on the elevator...

I absolutly loved this condo!! it was gorgeous and plenty of room for my whole extended family!!! I will gladly return. It is also in the perfect location!! and during our visit the air condition went out and the owners were so fast about getting someone out to fix it! I would gladly recommend this condo to everyone I know!!! What great memories I made for my "First Official Family Vacation"!

This truly is a great condo. Nothing was overlooked in providing us with all of the conveniences you could ask for. The condo itself is very nicely decorated and we loved it being on the ground floor and close to the pool and beach. The indoor pool was a must since it rained a couple of days during our stay. We are looking forward to coming back!

This is my favorite condo I in which I have ever had the pleasure to stay!! The size and location are great - close to stores and restaurants, perfect for my family! Ground floor is the way to go ... Being able to walk out the front or back door straight into a pool and being 10 steps from the boardwalk to the beach is just a bonus. I have marvelous memories of each stay here and cannot wait to be back.

Our stay in Bluewater 103 was a wonderful, peaceful experience. It is beautifully decorated, has a great view of the Gulf, and is somewhat private. The facilities are clean and landscaping is well maintained. It is close to the strip malls, nice restaurants, and grocery stores. We met some wonderful people during our stay and made some new friends. We hope to return next winter!

This condo is wonderful. Its just gorgeous and feels like you are home. It was wonderful waking up and walking out to the pool or the beach every morning.
