Our 4 bedroom home is newly decorated with a casual beach flair. Everything you need is included, linens, kitchenware and Cable TV! We have a large patio and full patio furnitur for relaxing after a hard day of having fun! Have a wonderful vacation in our home! You will want to return again and again.

We stayed three days in the house, the house was very clean, nice decorated, warm, and very comfortable. Laundry located upstairs and lots of storage downstairs Perfect location, walk to shops, restaurants and beach. We planning back again and highly recommend our friends and to everyone else.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

The ad shows a 4 bedroom house. However, the home has a small storage room converted to a bedroom in the garage. In addtion, the home has 1 tv in the living area that is only a 32" tv. We had no tvs in the bedroom. Also, the beach is much further than the ad implies. We drove and it took apprx. 10 minutes. I could not send my kids there alone. House was not impressive at all. We stayed at this house for a long weekend with our family. The house was absolutely perfect! It was in a great location and we were able to walk to shops and restaurants as well as the beach. It was clean and very charming! Would highly recommend and will look forward to going back next year!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

Very accurate description and photo's. Property very well maintained. Nice quiet neighborhood. Excellent location for all Tybee attractions. Only 15 minutes drive to Savannah. Within walking distance to many resturants and shopping. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to enjoy the beach & ocean.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

Thank you so much for making sure that everything was good for us. We really enjoyed our stay. When choosing your property we were torn between staying in downtown Savannah or on Tybee Island, however after staying with you, we made the right choice! We wanted a relaxing vacation with a little more privacy and your house was perfect. Choosing a vacation home that allowed our pets was critical. The Wi-Fi was nice to have, and we enjoyed the seating on the porch. We also had plenty of room under the house to lock up our bikes safely, and the washer/dryer there were convenient. The house was truly comfortable and fun to stay in!! We will certainly be back!Recommended for: Pet owners, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

The house and location are wonderful. The ad is misleading. There were 2 washcloths for 4 adults and one child; there is no grill, and the only reason it now has internet connection is that one of our ladies gave up her day to stay in and wait for the technician. The owner is extremely difficult to deal with. My deposit was held for 6 weeks and returned only after 4 phone calls.Note: we had left the house cleaner than we found it.
