Home Away From Home is an above ground suite. It has two bedrooms. One with a queen bed, the other with two doubles. The couch is a pull out sofa.
The ground level suite that has been beautifully interior designed. The special DriCore Flooring and the in floor heating combined with the wood burning stove insert make this an incredibly cozy space. The new kitchen and bathroom and all the new renovations make it simply pleasing to enjoy. The Master Bedroom with sleigh bed and chandelier, with intense red walls makes for a very romantic space. The other brightly colored room with two single beds and lots of storage is perfect for kids. Overall, the space is neat, tidy, new, clean and welcoming.
The location of thehome is what makes is so desirable. It is like living in a chalet with the city around the corner. Downtown Vancouver is only 20 minutes away by car. The North Shore is known for it's beautiful walking and hiking trails. A short walk from the beautiful Seymour River and Maplewood Farm, a local tourist attraction. Northlands Golf Course and Mount Seymour are less than a ten minute drive away. Cates park and Deep Cove, both part of the Pacific Ocean are also less than a ten minute drive. Swimming, boating, hiking, skiing, sailing, kayaking, bike rentals, restaurants...you'll find them all there!

It is centrally located, only 20 minutes by car to downtown Vancouver. The Northshore is famous for it's walking trails. We are only a short walk to the beautiful Seymour River and Maplewood Farm, a local tourist attraction. Mount Seymour, North lands Golf Course and Cates Park & Deep Cove, both part of the Pacific Ocean are less than an eight minute drive from the suite.
