Our home is directly on the sand, with beautiful decks to view the sunrise and the sunset from master bedrooms and living/dinning room and gourmet kitchen areas.
Our home is emmaculate with fine linens and towels, gourmet kitchen with Viking stove, wine chillers, ice makers, HP double drawer dishwashers, in drawer microwaves, top of the line everything. Wifi, huge TVs, children's downstairs entertainment center with plasma TV and DVD player, microwave, and frig for the kids.
Upstairs for the adults is elegant and fantastic. Master bedrooms are suites with bathrooms the size of a bedroom with huge jetted tubs with lights and waves, walk in six jetted showers all in marble. You'll feel like royalty.
This is a special place, if you are looking for beach elegance, this is a perfect vacation spot for you.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Trying to get the other side of the family to come down next year or the year after - one of the best beach houses - amenities, location, everything - almost perfect!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our vacation. The house was perfect! The kitchen/living area was ideal for all of us to gather. We love to walk right out to the beach and this was great!! We stayed on the sunset side of the house and loved it. Thanks for a beautiful place and we would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

This was our second visit to Sunset Serenade. The house is stunning with lots of room to spread out. But our favorite part is the location. It can not be beat. The subdivision is on the bike trail so it is an easy ride to Rosemary Beach for breakfast (at the Summer Kitchen) and to Alys Beach's playground. We kayaked among dozens of dolphins, saw a sea turtle and even a manatee on the private beach. It's a 15 minute drive to Destin or Panama City Beach, however, we were content to spend almost every minute at the house or beach.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

This home is amazing. I stress home because it is not just a beach house. It is SO comfortable that you will never want to leave it. My family of 4 has been going to the "Seaside area" for 5 years and this is the house we will rent for as long as it is available. SOOO happy our 5th year 'beach week" anniversary landed in this lovely, perfect setting. We travel with 2 families...grandparents and a family with 2 young children. But, this home would be perfect for ANYONE...3 families enjoying a big group trip, a large family reunion or a girl's trip. Why it worked for us...there is not enough room. however, we never wanted to leave. We have a 3 `/2 year old and a 4 1/2 year old. It is seriously steps down from the back deck to the beach. And. the beach, is like a private beach...NO crowds. VERY close proximity to plenty of restaurants, bike trails, entertainment...we did a little bit of everything, but our favorite moments were spent on the deck having meals, watching dolphins while having coffee, swimming in the pool with our kids and just walking in and out of the house while we enjoyed the best spot on the beach. It has EVERYTHING you will need and more. I was texting my friends trying to plan a girl's trip when we left. The owners are very nice and the attention to details in each room..is unbelievable considering it isn't a primary residence. As I said, we'll be back...at least once a year. Maybe twice if I can swing it...as long as they will have us :).Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Just a little note of thanks for a wonderful stay at Surf Serenade. For the first time, ever, we have found a house we want to return to again and again. The beaches were peaceful and uncrowded and the view was spectacular. As far as the house itself, it was right out of a magazine! Just beautiful with everything we needed! It was SO much fun to cook in the kitchen... fabulous appliances that made me actually WANT to cook! Thanks again for providing such a great house. Three families fit perfectly!
