Located 2 miles from Smith Lake Dam on Ryan Creek, this property offers a very relaxed environment. Lots of big decks, easy access to the water and a great swim dock make this an excellent house.
This house offers many amenities such wireless internet, DVD player, and satellite TVs on both floors. The house (which sleeps 11) has 2 BRs with queen beds, 1 BR with a set of twins, a bunk bed downstairs w/a full & twin and a sleeper/sofa in the living room. The master has a lake view and opens onto the deck. The house features a large, fully equipped kitchen with an eat-at island, an outdoor covered dining area, and a very comfortable living area all with a view of the lake. The kids have a separate TV area downstairs as well as an outside fort to keep them entertained.
The dock has a slide and swim deck with plenty of places to tie up multiple boats. A swimming cove is right next to the swim dock. Launch your boat at the dam, Duskin Point or Ryan Creek Marina.
