Located 2 miles from Smith Lake Dam on Ryan Creek, this property offers a very relaxed environment. Lots of big decks, easy access to the water and a great swim dock with slide which make this an excellent house.
This house offers many amenities such wireless internet, DVD player, and satellite TVs on both floors. The house (which sleeps 11) has 2 BRs with queen beds, 1 BR with a set of twins, a bunk bed downstairs w/a full & twin and a sleeper/sofa in the living room. The master has a lake view and opens onto the deck. The house features a large, fully equipped kitchen with an eat-at island, an outdoor covered dining area, and a very comfortable living area all with a view of the lake. The kids have a separate TV area downstairs as well as an outside fort to keep them entertained.

The dock has a swim deck with plenty of places to tie up multiple boats. A swimming cove is right next to the swim dock. Launch your boat at the dam, Duskin Point or Ryan Creek Marina.
