All 3 bedrooms are professionally appointed with TV/DVD, its own bathroom and balcony. Ground floor great room features a spacious living/dining area with gleaming hardwood floors and an exquisite fireplace. The upscale kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances will make family meal preparation an exciting event.
Ground floor features one Queen bedroom/bath and is the perfect arrangement for someone who is unable to climb stairs. A master suite with King bed and Master bath are on the second floor. The third bedroom sleeps family style with Queen and Bunk beds is also on the second floor, while the third floor consists of a tower room with two sundecks allowing views of the gulf.
Tower room with its daybed and trundle can also be used as an additional sleeping area, if needed. TV/VCR/DVDs in all bedrooms. Across 30A to the beach. Free shuttle service to the beach or relax by the huge, 12,000 square foot pool. Close to shops and dining at Rosemary, Watercolors and Seaside. Parking for 3 cars. Saturday to Saturday rental.
