This oceanfront estate sits on a lot of approximately 10,000 sq ft., with 130 feet of ocean frontage. Enjoy and share our beach with the Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles. You will be staying halfway between Waimea Bay and Haleiwa town, on the famous North Shore surf spot Chun's Reef, four miles from famous Sunset Beach!
The home was originally constructed as the 'Laniakea Train Station' in the late 1800's. It was remodeled in 2006, and decorated with antiques from around the world. Expect digital TV with HBO, full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave oven, washer and dryer, telephone, gas or coal BBQ, beach gear, snorkel gear, boogie boards, soft top surfboards, kayak and wireless internet.
Upstairs, downstairs and attached cottage are available together, or separately.
