Fully furnished unit features a reverse-osmosis drinking water to help save you time and money. An Island Chain woodcarvings on wall and palm tree drapery, bamboo blinds on large windows will remind our guests that they are in Maui, Hawaii. Two large ceiling fans will keep you cool once you are used to the warm Hawaiian climate. Enjoy a romantic candlelight dinner with a chilled coconut and rum drink (available in the farmers market nearby) on our private lanai overlooking the tennis court, palm trees and tropical garden.
This unit features SERTA mattresses. A 42" LCD-HDTV with cable channels along with DVD player and movies for your viewing pleasure in unit. STEREO system featuring Hawaiian music collection. Unlimited high-speed secure internet (wired). Unlimited local and long distance calls to USA, Canada and Puerto Rico with features, 3-way calling and caller id. Completely remodeled bathroom with shower filtration. Fresh bath/beach towels are provided & no more than 2 load of soiled laundry will be left in the unit on your checkout date. Starter supplies, such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels are also provided.

TERMS and CONDITIONS:

1/2 day charge maybe required to guarantee late checkout.
No charge on the 3rd guest. The 4th guest is $100/day plus a one-time $50 surcharge.
RATES are subject to 12.42% Hawaii tax and Transient accommodation tax.
Cleaning fee: $89.00 (additional cleaning $39 on 3rd guest)
Refundable damage deposit: $200-$500 along with signed rental agreement
BALANCE is due 60 days (90 days on stays 14 days or longer) prior to arrival.
We accept credit/debit cards (signed credit card authorization form is required), e-checks, Paypal and Postal money order in US funds.
CANCELLATION within 7 days after receiving cleared/posted deposit, we will refund 100% of your deposit. Thereafter, the following cancellation policy will apply. Cancellation made 60 days prior to arrival is 100% credited to future booking. Within 30 days of cancellation, we will refund cleaning fee and damage deposit, but we reserve the right to retain rental amount, unless we can rebook all or partial of booking, we will pro-rate refunds less a 10% cancellation fee.
No smoking and no pets are permitted inside the unit, including balcony.
Lost/unreturned resort complex key is subject to $50 replacement fee.
All accrued charges during a stay must be paid prior to departure.

Nothing Better...5 STAR RATING "My wife and I stayed here for the week of our honeymoon and I can honestly say that this place was perfect! The room and property was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The TV, internet, ipod dock, and DVD player all worked great and really added to the experience. The pool is nice, laundry facilities work well. No problems with parking, noisy neighbors, or checking in. The view from the porch is great too;nothing like eating a ripe mango out there in the morning! Kihei is a good central location on the island, it is right on the beach and where most of the boats leave to visit Molokini for snorkeling or SCUBA diving (a must see)." Great Place to Stay! 4 STARS The condo we rented was very nice inside, had awesome tv, great / fast internet access, a dvd player, and other great amenities that are just not provided in hotel rooms. The decor is beautiful..... and the bed was very comfortable. The condo is close to downtown Kehei and not far from other towns you want to visit in Maui. The pool and spa were great to hang out and use after a day of scuba diving. And we made use of the public bbq's a few times. Would most definately stay there again. We really had a wonderful time here in Maui. We visited Mt Haleakala, Hana & drove around the entire island. Hawaii is a wonderful place & beats the snow in Canada!
