This little gem is nestled on the northeast shore of Crystal Lake. The hilly terrain is beautiful. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the decks or walk down to the pier to relax. Watch the osprey glide over the lake. The lake is clear and warm, perfect for swimming, kayaking, boating or fishing.
There are many activities in the area. The track at Road America is about a mile away. Road America is internationally known for top notch road racing - two motorcycle weekends, Champ Cars, a 2011 Nationwide Series Nascar event, the American LeMans Series, three major Vintage Races and the SCCA June Sprints take place every year along with numerous car club and driving school events.
Relax with cocktails or cook out on any of the decks overlooking the lake after a exciting day at one of many amazing golf courses including The Bull at Pinehurst Farms, Blackwolf Run (host of the 2012 U.S. Women's Open) or Whistling Straits (host of the 2010 Men's PGA).
Nearby Elkhart Lake is a quaint village with casual and fine dining, farmers market, antique shops, and an ice cream parlor. Pamper yourself at the Aspira spa or enjoy the cooking school at L'ecole de la Maison.
Tour the Elkhart Lake Depot Museum, a 100 year old railroad station.
Ride horseback on 150 acres of beautiful Kettle Moraine trails at Elkhart Lake Horse Park.

We stayed the weekend of Sept 30th, 2011. Your lake home is great! The view was spectacular and it was very clean.Even though it was a little chilly we still enjoyed the decks and the sparkling lake. The location was convenient to Plymouth, Elkhart Lake, and Greenbush. We enjoyed kayaking, the farmers market in Elkhart Lake and the Wade house in Greenbush. It was nice having a restuarant within walking distance, The food was very good. (I cannot remeber the name) The place was very clean and the owners were great to work with. A group of us from highscool get together every year for a weekend on a lake. We have been doing this for 15 years now and this place had the clearest lake, the best views and was the cleanest of all the places we stayed in the past. We had a great weekend.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This was our 4th year coming back to this cottage on Crystal Lake and it was as wonderful as ever! We had great weather to spend on the lake, love having access to the kayaks for some morning exercise around the lake. The place is spotless and there could not as for a better place to spend the weekend. We look forward to coming back next year!

We all had a wonderful time and enjoyed our Labor Day at your lake house. Even though the weather turned cold, the kids had a great time swimming and kayaking in the lake. We had a lovely time here with three generations. Most popular for our teens and toddlers was the water. All took advantage of the kayaks, the platform, the tubes. Thank you so much for the PFD's- that made it possible for the 2 year old and 5 year old to swim. Thank you for a wonderful place to visit and a beautiful clear lake to play in.

Crystal Lake as usual welcomed our family-more like calls our family back each year. We are sunned and caught up with each other's lives. We thank you for this comfortable, immaculate cottage! The nice touches of wine and chocolate matter as we finally sat down after unpacking. This year our great granddaughter visited the lake just before her first birthday. Looking forward to next year. Thank you again for all your hospitality.

The hole family had a great trip! The tubing was fantasic and the local restrunts had amazing food! The lake view was very good and the lake was perfect for swimming! It's sad to go! I hope we can come back soon! Shine on!!!

Very lovely place to stay! We found that this website's pictures and description of this rental are understated. The house is immaculately kept and the surrounding lakeside grounds are spectacular. A very special place. The hosts made us feel welcome and were very easy to work with. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for the retreat!
