There's a rushing stream in the back yard and the Colorado Trail is just 3 minutes from Creekside Cabin! This is the ideal mountain retreat where friends and family gather 'round the great kitchen table and relax in the open living/dining rooms. Tasteful decor reflects the mountain life style and makes you feel comfortably at home. Views from the windows and ample deck include aspen and pine, the babbling brook and the occasional llama grazing nearby!
This home offers 3 bedroom featuring Queen, Queen, 2 twins. There is a Queen sofabed in the living area. Linens and towels are provided.
During your indoor time, relax by the fireplace, play games or watch movies and your favorite channels on the new flat screen TV. Cell reception is limited, bring a phone card. Internet is coming soon! It's also available at the Monarch Mountain Lodge in Garfield or in the many internet cafes in Salida.
The all natural snow at Monarch Mountain ski area is less than fifteen minutes away. Historic downtown Salida is equally close. The best of Colorado's summer surrounds you. Make Creekside Cabin your family ski lodge, your Summer retreat or your home in the mountains any time of year!
All vacation homes in the Pinon collection are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided as well as tp, trash bags and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent, paper products (paper towels, napkins) and toiletries.
Three night minimum is preferred, however, two nights may be available upon approval with a $30 cleaning fee. Two night stays will not be scheduled over two weeks in advance during High Season and Holidays. Owners reserve the right to accept or refuse three night stays during High Season and Holidays.
Rates are based on six person occupancy. Add $10 per person per night over 6 people. State and local taxes are added. Extended stay rates are available subject to owner use and availability.
$45 applies towards the cleaning cost and covers accidental damage protection up to $1500. For stays of less than 3 nights, the other half of the cleaning fee will be charged ($30). Visa or Master Card accepted with a 2.9% fee, or pay by check.
Rental agreements must be signed and returned by email or mail at time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy A reservation may be cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in but may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Sorry, no refunds will be given for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in unless the unit can be re-rented for the same dates, or, in some cases at manager's discretion, you move your reservation to another date.

2011 We loved the creek and the sound of the water flowing ! We needed some rest and relaxation and this was the perfect setting! The beds were comfortable and this beautiful place felt like home!

Loved your home! Our favorite thing was the creek out back and the llama that visited us. We love Colorado and we visit often. This is our first stay in south central Colorado. We will be back soon.

What a beautiful place to celebrate our sons 6th birthday with his grandparents from Illinois. The scenery was the perfect backdrop for a fun relaxing and peaceful weekend getaway! What a beautiful place. It is so peaceful and quiet. The location is convenient, close to fishing, hiking and shopping! The creek behind the cabin is peacful and calming. From the minute we walked in we felt right at home. Thank you!
