We stayed here the week of January 23. This home was beautifully furnished,spacious, and absolutely spotless. I would recommend this home for couples , kids, and extended family. Matt was a joy to work with. We are looking forward to going back in the fall.

We stayed here in March 2011. I was born and raised in Key West, however I now live far, far away. I went back in March to get married. We needed a place with enough room for us, our two sons, and our in-laws. This house was PERFECT! There was more than enough room for everyone and it was very kid friendly! The place was incrediblily clean and tidy. I felt very much back at home! This was my first experience renting from VRBO and I was extremely satisfied. I hope to stay here again, and again!

This rental feels like home away from home. Great kitchen, open areas with warm Key West colors and so inviting. We did not have a boat but we caught enough Snapper to cook dinner for six people on our last night and bring the rest home (bring your own poles and the Shell Station down the street has the shrimp/squid that you need). Such a quiet neighborhood, the only noise was from the Navy jets as they practiced drills from time to time during the day (which my little boys loved). We brought our two yellow labs, Hunter and Sunny and they loved roaming happily from front to back of the house. The house was completely safe for my boys Joey, 9 and Ben, 2 because it was completely fenced. I highly recommend this charming home to anyone, close enough to Duval Street (about 2-3 miles)...yet far enough to not hear the music from the bars. Matt is a great owner to work with!!! Thanks Matt, Beth and Alex for renting your vacation home to us. This was my parents first time to Key West and you really made their stay, as well as ours, wonderful and memorable. My dad said it was the absolute best vacation he's ever been on. Sincerely, the Graham & Earwood Family!

The description was perfect regarding the location. I couldn't ask for better. The appearance and the amenities was great. The house was spotless the property was very well maintained. The location of was perfect not far into town. We went on the Sunset Dinner Cruise I would recommend its a lot of fun. Also, for night life The Bull is a good time. Don't forget try some of those side bars you would be surprised. And don't forget Malery Square for the Sunset. AWESOME site to see. I have to tell you Matt was great had a little problem with the internet but Matt got it resolved quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend Matt's property to my friends and family. In fact some of my friends are already looking into it for next year.

We rented this home for 1 week in June of 2010, and are deffinately planing a return stay at this property, We have rented homes in the Keys for many years, and this home was trulely the nicest of all. Very clean and updated, a beautiful kitchen and comfortable beds. Outside, a great deck w/BBQ, a completely fenced yard, swim spa, and great dock with deep water. A hop skip and a jump out to the Vandenberg { if your're a diver } and only minutes to the island of Key West. This one is a 10.

This house was very well maintained. Everything was neat and clean when we arrived. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. For boaters, the dock was very easy to tie up to and the Gulf of Mexico was right around the corner. Downtown Key West was about a 3 minute car ride or a 15-20 minute bike ride away. We found alot of good restaurants and fun bars right in the neighborhood. We would definately rent this house again.

My family stayed at this house during the New Year holidays and we found the house to be very comfortable, clean and in a quiet area of Key West. The host, Matt, was very reachable over the phone and attended to our questions promptly. I recommend this house and would stay there again if I come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at your home! The yard was fantastic for our daughter! We could enjoy sitting on the deck while she ran around and played. The home was very comfortable and had plenty of room to relax. The dock was nice and the canal was very easy to get in and out of. We would defintely come back and rent again. Thank you!
