Our first floor offers a Living Room, Kitchen, 2 Bedroom w/ Queen Beds and Full Bath.
Our spacious loft offers 2 queen beds a full bath with jacuzzi tub.
Our large basement offers a large recreation room, bedroom with queen bed, full bath, and laundry room!
A 50% Non Refundable Reservation Deposit is required.
Reservation Deposit is calculated by multiplying the number of nights by the nightly rate. 50% of this total is due within 14 days to guarantee your reservation.
Pets are Welcomed.
A $50.00 per pet fee applies.
Cleaning Fees.
There is also a $25.00 per night cleaning fee up to a $100.00 maximum.
Damage Deposit.
A Refundable $200.00 Damage Deposit is due with final payment. Damage Deposit will be issued within 14 days after departure in accordance with the Rental Agreement.
