Your accomodation can sleep 8 people comfortably, and includes the following:

The view of Lake Windermere greets you from the Master Bedroom, the Guest Bedroom, the Living Room and the Outdoor Patio. Restaurants, the public beach, the grocery store, and so much more are only a 3 minute walk away. Lake Windermere Pointe is a brand new building that was completed in the Spring of 2008.
Brand new, comfortable and modern furnishings greet you as you enter the condo which is perfect for your family or friends. It has Hardwood flooring in the den, living and dining rooms, tile in the kitchen, entry, both bathrooms and laundry room, and carpet in both bedrooms. All linens are included and also includes two brand new wall mounted flat screen LCD televisions to entertain yourself. A 47 inch LCD television in the living room and a 42 inch in the Master bedroom.
Also enjoy our fully stocked kitchen that includes all brand new stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, and toaster. So just bring your Food!
Secure underground parking is available.
The condo is located right in the town of Invermere which is close to several local golf courses, Panarama Ski Resort, Fairmount and Radium Hot Springs.
A brand new outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs have just been completed at the resort. There is also a new exercise/facility building which has a sun bathing deck, full showers, and a locker room.

This is a beautifully decorated condo and as mentioned above has everything you need! It is even better than the pictures indicate. The owners are super nice and very accommodating. The views are amazing! Lots to do in this area even in winter: skiing in Panorama, Radium Hotsprings and Fairmont area nearby, cute old fashioned movie theatre, bowling alley, wonderfully unique shops, and of course the Quality Bakery in town. If eating out, make sure to go to Horsethief in Radium (10 minutes away) for a great menu or daily special. I was debating writing this review because I don't want it occupied next time I want to rent it! Love love loved it!!!

The condo was clean and seemed new. The pictures of the unit are accurate. I was concerned when we arrived that due to the busy road nearby that it would be noisy but it was very quiet and peaceful. The unit accomodated us and three teenagers comfortably - putting 8 people in there I think would be too crowded. There were a couple of minor housekeeping items but generally the unit was well equipped. It really is a 3 minute walk to the beach, and it was very nice to have some beach toys and lots of towels supplied. I would recommend this unit to others. My only real problem with the unit was the bed. In both of the bedrooms, the beds have a slab of foam on top of the mattress and boxsprings. I don't know if there is a problem with the mattresses or why this was done, but my husband and I found it uncomfortable. (On the other hand, my 16 year old son thought it was great - guess it depends on your own taste!) Lots to do in this area, of course. We enjoyed canoeing, horseback riding, Laussier Springs (natural hot springs), Fort Steele, birdwatching, long walks, and of course, the beach. It's a quick walk into town as well which is convenient.

My family of 6 stayed in this condo, it was lovely, had every thing we could need. I was most impressed that they provided paper products and cleaning supplies/dish soap, laundry detergent etc. Have stayed in condo's that did not provide this. Also had spices and every kitchen gadget you could need or want. Even made mashed potato's and turkey one night. Only downfall's the BBQ did not work did not heat up over 200 degrees (sorry forgot to mention to owners) and third bedroom does not have door, young boys did not mind but older kids might. The condo is very private out back when sitting having dinner or coffee in morning, also short walk to beach (James Cabot) and short hop to pool and fitness facility. I walked up the hill to town everyday to grab my Latte. Sobey's is right at top of hill and fast food right across street if you don't feel like cooking. Thank you for the great time at your condo. Will come back next year.

Well furnished with high-end appliances. The suite was very comfortable with great bedding. A very nice place; we would return. Great walk to the beach and along the side of the lake. Walk to town is uphill but only takes about 15 mins at a leisurely pace. There are a couple of fast food places very near as well as the Lakeside Pub and Huckleberry's Family Restaurant (http://www.huckleberrysrestaurant.com/) One point to note - there is no door between the den and the living room.

Luxurious condo! Excellent location overlooking lake & surrounding mountains - very enjoyable to relax & enjoy the view from the spacious deck. The owners are pleasant & accommodating - and the unit is well supplied with all necessities & kitchen essentials. We'd certainly stay here again!
