This charming and totally renovated (see updated pictures below) Chatham home is on a private road in a downtown neighborhood of exclusive homes. Its ideal location enables you to walk to Lighthouse Beach about (1/2 mile) and 1 block from downtown Chatham. Also, Oyster Pond Beach is a convenient 2 minute walk for a day at the beach. The two-story home is comprised of a living room, kitchen with breakfast bar, two bedrooms, sleeping porch with a daybed and a bath plus an outdoor shower. The living room also has two futon sofas.
Just around the corner is a large park for all kinds of outdoor activities. Enjoy the many activities that Chatham has to offer: upscale shops and restaurants, Friday night band concerts, fresh fish from the Chatham fish pier, and the popular Cape Cod Baseball League games. Downtown shopping is spectacular!! New furniture for 2012.

We had a wonderful stay in Chatham. The house was cute, comfortable, clean and looked like the pictures posted. It was a short walk to main street and the activities of the town. Tom was very helpful with all of our questions. We would stay at this house again. Thanks Tom

Our family stayed at this charming home and it was exactly as advertised. The home was perfect for our family and very cozy and comfortable for all six of us. The home had been recently renovated so it was clean and well-maintained. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. We would recommend this home to anyone wanting a delightful experience in Chatham due to the location, condition, and owner!

I am very familiar with Chatham as I have stayed there many, many times. You cannot beat the location of the cottage and Tom is a pleasure to deal with. The cottage is beautiful and immaculately clean. Very relaxing, nice quiet street and lovely decor. I prefer the quiet of Fall weekends but the summer days at this location would be wonderful for any couple or family. Very easy walking distance to town and as I say, a very quiet street with nice neighbors.

I just returned from my brief stay at this beautiful Chatham house. It was wonderful, a short walk to just about everything you'd want - restaurants, ice cream, beach, pond, etc - and it didn't feel like a rental, it felt like home. Everything was clean and the decor was beachy chic. Tom, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating. I hope to come back soon. If you go to Chatham, don't miss Squire's, Buffy's Ice Cream, Sandi's Diner, and Delmar. We loved them all!

Rented this gem with my wife and 2 kids (age 4). Perfect location, very clean, well kept and very comfortable home. We were completely satisfied with the experience. Landlord was very pleasant to deal with. We look forward to returning.

We were so pleased with our weekend stay in this home! The interior was very clean and well decorated. The location was within walking distance of downtown Chatham. I'd definitely recommend a stay in this home!!

We stayed at Tom's house back in August, 2009. This house is in an amazing location if you want to be close to everything that is Main Street/downtown Chatham (really where you want to be unless you're directly on the beach on Shore Road or something). You can walk to town (The Squire, all of the shopping, Buffy's for ice cream, Chatham Cookware for coffee and a muffin or sandwiches for the beach, etc.), walk to Oyster Pond which is great for kids, or just sit in the yard and soak up the peace and quiet. The actual house was perfect for us (two adults and one 2-year old). The aesthetic of this house's interior design is beachy yet sophisticated with a super comfortable bed that we never wanted to get out of (see: 2-year old so we had little choice BUT to get out of it). I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and have done so recently to a cousin who recently completed a stay.

The house was very close to the center of town - less than a 5 minute walk to the Dunkin Donuts, CVS, and various restaurants. When we walked into the place for the first time, we felt like we had been there before just by looking at the pictures. The home was clean and well maintained. We were in Chatham for a wedding and all the hotels were comparable in price to the price of the house. Tom was very helpful and friendly. He even let us check in early since there was nobody there the day before. We definitely will return and have already recommended this home to others.
