You will enjoy pristine beaches, dramatic waves, and romantic sunsets. This Ocean Villa is new in 2007 and is one of the largest of the 57 luxury beach front condominiums that share 880 acres of private beach property with Turtle Bay Resort. Living area is 2,500 square feet.

Our large 4 bedroom, 3 bath luxury villa was purchased new in 2007. This second floor villa has dramatic ocean and beach views from lanai and living area. Both master bedrooms have a direct ocean and beach view with custom king bed and 1000 thread count Egyptian cotton linens.
Both master bathroom haves large soaking tub and walk in shower. The two other guest rooms have queen beds and 1000 thread count Egyptian cotton linens. All 3 bathrooms have extra Egyptian cotton towels for your comfort.
The villa is just 70 feet from a white sandy beach and private cove. Reserved parking only a few steps away from easy access elevator or stairway. Ocean Villa includes air conditioning with de-humidifier for comfort.

My wife and I have 4 kids and have always enjoyed Hawaii. My wife is from Texas and I am from Seattle but spent move of my time growing up in Southern California and building technology companies in Northern california and more recently Seattle. We retired a few years ago after 30 years of work and bought this incredible new ocean front villa in 2007. We are active surfers and stay at Ocean Villas and Turtle Bay several times each year. We also have other vacation homes and travel extensively. We hope you enjoy our 3 or 4 bedroom villa at Ocean Villas Turtle Bay.
Why the Owner Chose Turtle Bay
My wife and I purchased this villa because of the beautiful protected sandy beach just 70 feet away and its close proximity to may places to see and many activites to do on the North Shore. This is a very private pristine area with miles of untouched sandy beaches and azure turquoise ocean water. We go 6-8 times each year and then rent the villa to guests so they can enjoy this Hawaii paradise as well. The villa is professionally managed by Jacinda Seale to lives on the North Shore and is available for questions throughout a guest's stay.

We stayed with another family in this condo in October 2010 (2 x 3yo and 1 x 5yo) and thought it was fantastic. The condo was clean, modern, comfortable, well equipped and in a great location. Highly recommended.

One word to describe the property-spectacular! The place is better than the pictures. We had two families of three so the place was perfect. Mike was very accomodating to us and our needs. Just as planned, Jacinda met us at the condo and explained everything we needed to know about the place and area. The condo is away from the hotel so you have the peace and quiet, but close enough to walk over and get the paper and some great danish from the coffee bar in the lobby every morning. One tip-rent the motor scooters from the activity center-great deal and loads of fun. Thanks Mike for a great vacation and I will be contacting you again next year!

Oahu in May was PARADISE!! Our family of seven recently stayed in a four bedroom villa and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our third floor – four bedroom unit worked well for the group of us and would work very well for two or three couples or four if sharing a bath didn’t matter. Our discussions with the owner accurately described the amenities and view, but it has to be seen to be believed, but thanks for the information Mike. Being on the third floor gave us both a dynamic view and also privacy which was just what we were looking for. The furniture was dated but comfortable and there really was nothing missing that we wished we could have had. There was a computer, internet, cable and phone. The phone did not work but since there was accessibility to one in the nearby resort – having two weeks without a phone ringing really added to the relaxation and in the end, I was glad it was not working. In a heartbeat I would suggest VRBO and particularly the Villa’s at Turtle Bay. The Villas give you the option of having your own kitchen and yet the resort offers many restaurant choices close by. We chose to cook a lot ourselves and Foodland and a trip to Costco worked very well. The Villas offer lots to do - beach with access to boogie boards, snorkels, masks, fins, folding chairs pails & shovels etc., heated pool at the Villa’s (much warmer than the pool at the resort, but managed to use it as well), golf – options include twilight golf (ask about it), nice walks and the Spa and lots of other things to keep you busy. We chose to start our days early – but there is really nothing better than waking to the amazing sound of the waves hitting the shore, and a nice walk to the resort offers an amazing sunrise – and the other side of the resort offers an equally beautiful sunset. Our family enjoyed the snorkeling at the resort but also ventured off doing a no experience dive through Deep Ecology, a shark encounter – which was very cool , the delicious shrimp meals at Fumi’s, the Polynesian Cultural Center these were all accessible within 8 miles of Turtle Bay. If you want to venture further our favorite was the 2 hour ATV at Kualoa Ranch, a wonderful afternoon at the Dole Pineapple Plant, shopping at Ala Moaha, Pearl Harbor and other Oahu sights and don’t miss a beautiful round trip drive. The weather in May could not have been better – we had heard stories about the wind at Turtle Bay. In our opinion the breeze and the location was amazing. Enjoy!

We have been coming to Oahu, Kauai, Maui for years...and by "far" hands down this unit was the best condo we have ever stayed at. Everything here is "5 star". The owner really takes care of this unit and all top of the line amenites..The kitchen is out of "Sunset Magazine" well stocked with more than you will ever need. dishes, plates, forks..all top notch...quality throughout.Sub-zero frig..plasma TVs in every room. The outside wood patio furniture is "perfect" condition (if look at other units poorly maintained) When coming to Oahu, no better place .No other unit is this complex compares to this one in quality.
