Lower bedroom off stair landing sleeps two comfortably. Fold-away couch in living room and available twin box springs & mattress and roll-away cot facilitate extra accommodation upstairs, in living room or porch.
48' dock, fire pit and seating platform at beach. Adjacent 660-foot frontage to west owned by our cousins, enduring uncrowded privacy and a sense of seclusion not attainable in waterfront lot and vacation property developments. Charcoal weber-type grill available.
