The rental was very clean and had great amenities to use. My young daughter loved the children's books. La Jolla is a wonderful area, and it was a great base for us to enjoy all the activities in San Diego. Everything was wonderful. I would definitely recommend the unit.

The unit is spacious and spotless, and we particularly appreciated the items left for our use (e.g. dishwasher detergent and napkins), which reduced considerably what we had to purchase for our stay. Terrie could not have been more gracious or available in dealing with any and all questions that arose. The location near the highway made it easy for us to head either north or south, and the nearby grocery store and restaurants were a plus.

The layout - with two bedrooms, two baths, and a washer/dryer - worked beautifully. We loved the proximity to the beach, playground, the restaurants, and grocery store. Access to I-5 was easy - it was easy to get everywhere, both north and south. Everything was so well organized. We loved it and will recommend it to our friends. Thank you for your very generous hospitality. We have had a wonderful family vacation.

The apartment at Avenida de la Playa is perfectly appointed and located. We love the layout, and the apartment has everything we need. But most of all, we love walking to the beach, our favorite restaurants and even to La Jolla's main street. It's ideal. We had as good a time this year as we did our first visit and will definitely stay again.

Enjoyed proximity to restaurants and beach. The unit was beautifully decorated, clean, warm and inviting. All the little touches that you provided really made a difference - from the kitchen stocked with utensils & equipment to the books and games for kids. I chose a different book from the shelf each night to read to my son, and it was just like home. It is so close to the beach and right in the heart of a neighborhood full of restaurants - it was the perfect family getaway. We just parked our car and walked everywhere. It was the perfect drive-free beach getaway for a family from LA.

Enjoyed proximity to beach. Very easy to get back for nap time. Great to have the option of walking to a restaurant. The rental was very comfortable to retreat to. Decor and cleanliness made up for lack of view. Master bed is great! We loved the high chair and portable crib and that you put outlet plugs in the outlets!

The area was perfect, near shops, restaurants and a beautiful beach. It was easy to get to & from the airport and in a walking distance from La Jolla Village. The condo was very clean, organized and had everything we needed. Everything was thought through. Beautifully & tastefully decorated.

We enjoyed the proximity to the stores/restaurants/beach, the beach equipment, the layout/furnishings of the apt, the use of washer/dryer/dishes/dishwasher/TV/internet & grill. So, pretty much everything. ? Thank you so much for helping make our family vacation in La Jolla such a memorable one. Your house worked wonderfully, and we were amazed by how organized and well-stocked everything was. We especially enjoyed the beach chairs. Again thank you, we would recommend your rental properties to anyone.

Great location. Just a short walk to the ocean. Very kid friendly. Clean, modern condo with plenty of space for family of 4. Great restaurants within walking distance. Really enjoyed the stay! Would recommend to others! (Was anything unsatisfactory or not what you expected?) No

The rental is very clean, well-appointed and close - walking distance to the beach. My kids (2 and 4 yrs) loved the selection of children’s books/videos! Lots of great places to eat nearby as well. We had everything we could possibly need. Everything was as described online. Thanks so much, we had a great vacation!

The condo was the place to be even the weather has been on the cold side, so the closeness to the beach which was a must at the decision time, didn't matter at all. The place is as clean and functional as you may expect from your own home. All the required things were there (even spices in the kitchen, not to mention all the kitchen tools and pots and pans. Place is better than what it says on the web page. Congratulations to the owners for the neat place they have

We stayed in this lovely condo for a week in September and the location and all the amenities were wonderful. The proximity to the beach was especially great, and it's within walking distance to lots of restaurants.
