  This condo was perfect for my wife and I to enjoy a great trip to the beautiful beaches of the Florida gulf coast. The San Destin beaches and community is beautiful as well and there is lots to do with the restaurants and shops available. The location is great and the facility has everything you could need for a great time on the beach. The owners are also very nice and accomodating. Definitely recommend this condo!

  We had a wonderful two-day stay in Destin on our way down to Disney World. This condo was clean and conveniently located near the beautiful beach (great for sand castles!), just a five minute walk away. Downstairs, we had easy access to the fun-shaped pool and a small work out room. While we bought a few groceries, it was nice having the Hilton a few feet away for umbrellas, snacks and drinks for the kids on the beach -- and a coffee shop. The owners were very kind and easy to work with. The kids enjoyed the chess game as well!

  This is a wonderful condo! Perfect location, great condition, and very accommodating owners! With two adults and two kids, ages 4 and 10, this was a perfect size for us. The pullout is a little uncomfortable, but overall a great place to stay. We would definitely return!!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

  We just returned from several relaxing days at this property. The view from the balcony and master bedroom is spectacular - pristine white beaches and clear green water was just a two minute walk away. The owner was so gracious and accommodating, and even called to check on us each day to ensure that everything was satisfactory. The unit was perfect for us and our two teenager daughters. Sandestin was absolutely gorgeous with something for everyone - golf, bike rentals, beautiful pools and beach, Baytowne Wharf, restaurants, and close to shopping and the Destin marina where we took a wonderful Dolphin tour. We even took a short drive to Seaside and Watercolor for dinner - so much to do in the area. We will definitely return!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  This condo was perfect for our weekend get away as was the owner. Condo was clean and spacious, only the pull out sofa was a little uncomfortable to sleep on. We went to Poppy's for a birthday lobster dinner and it was awesome!! The tennis at Sandestin is great and the beach is not far away.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway.

  My family of four recently stayed in this condo for four days. It was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. A short walk to the beach and the pool was excellent. The owner was very gracious and even helped us take our bags up. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.
