This home is a short walk to the Balboa Island Ferry and only steps to the coveted "Ruby Beach" on Balboa Island. Come enjoy all that Balboa Island has to offer.

Balboa Island is 45 minutes south of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), 15 minutes south of Orange County Airport, 30 minutes from Disneyland, The Honda Center and Angel Stadium. It is one hour north of San Diego.
