Pointe Royale is a gated community providing 24-Hour security. Pointe Royale has an 18 hole championship golf course and discount rates for guests. Pointe Royale also has a brand new Clubhouse and Pro Shop area that includes a restaurant, 2 outdoor pools, heated indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, 2 tennis courts, and children's play area. The best part is the condo is walking distance from all of this! ***The indoor pool is open year round! *NOTE- The golf course will be closing in 2008 for remoldeling. Pointe Royale golf will send costumers to nearby golf courses at discounted rates. The indoor pool and restaurant are still open. This beautifully decorated spacious condo has 1250 square feet and sleeps 6 comfortably. We recently renovated the entire condo with all new paint, carpet, tile, light fixtures (including three ceiling fans), furniture, linens and more. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a great meal and a dining room table for the family to enjoy it at. The living room has a deck that looks out on the golf course and at the Clubhouse. The master bedroom has a queen sized pillow top bed, TV, large closet and full size bathroom attached. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, TV and large closet. Both bedrooms and bathrooms have all new bedding and linens. And remember that you are walking distance to Clubhouse, restaurant and pools! Branson, Missouri is home to Silver Dollar City, White Water, Celebration City, over 40 theaters and live shows, outlet malls, Branson Landing, Table Rock Lake and much much more.
