Dual Citizen, live in Houston, TX, but comes to France often (house in the south of France and family around...by the way those who needs a great apartment in Sete on the French riviera). I teach management at the University of Houston Downtown in the Management Marketing Business Administration department, I also have a small business in which I import a brand new revolutionary organic fertilizer from France and market it in the US. Divorced, my daughter lives near Paris..another reason to be there often.

A few problems this summer started from a very indelicate tenants who basically destroyed the carpet. before i was able to do anything (I was still in Texas), I had a couple of tenants who were disgusted by the carpet (and for good reasons: holes in it, cigarette burns- while smoking is not allowed in the apartment-, etc), lost a tenant and had to reduce the price to other to apologize for the way the carpet and overall apartment was. Since then I changed the floor and put wooden floors! re organized everything and made sure the apartment is now spotless and even more comfortable than before. I hope you will enjoy it!!
