The Lionshead Lodge is a beautiful large home, approximately 2300 sq. feet of living space, PLUS a heated garage and separate gear room! It is a great Snowmobilers cabin.
The Winter is a great time to enjoy this lodge. Lots of parking for snowmobiles, close to snowmobile trails and is a great time to appreciate the beauty of Yellowstone. Watch the dog sleds run from your kitchen window!
This spacious, comfortable cabin is perfect for your large family. A beautiful, well equipped kitchen provides a great place to cook and a large dining table (seats 8 - 10) and a breakfast table (seats 4) will accommodate all of your family and friends. Two TV rooms give the kids and the adults a place to unwind after a long day in the park. A large deck, with an exceptional view, will give your family a great place to BBQ. A huge yard with a summer playground for smaller children will give families some extra space to play in the Montana sunshine. It is exceptional quality, for an economical vacation.
The cabin is warm, clean and located in a beautiful setting with an unobstructed view of Lionshead Mountain. Denny Creek runs along the boundary of the back yard. Coyotes and wolves howl in the evenings and early morning hours. Many varieties of wild, four legged creatures frequent this area.
Yellowstone National Park is located approximately eight miles away, making this a quiet and private getaway from town. The entertainment of West Yellowstone, Montana or Island Park, Idaho is only a short drive if you want to shop or dine out.

We were fortunate to be able to stay at Lazy Acres Lodge in January 2011. The facility was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Everything you could possibly need. We truly felt that we were indulged and would love to stay again. Great for a large group.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
