We have stayed at many condo's on St. Thomas and this was by far the most wonderful. The condo itself is beautifully furnished, the kitchen well-equipped and the views of the beach and surrounding area were good. This condo had a washer/dryer and this was a huge plus as we swam, snorkeled and did a day of diving so always had wet towels and bathing suits. The beach and swimming pool were fabulous and having a few bars and restaurants right there was also a plus. Lastly, we kept the front door to the condo open with the screen across and opened the deck doors in the main living area and the breeze was magnificant. We never turned on the air-conditioning the entire time we were there. Having that wonderful breeze was very soothing and relaxing. I highly recommend this condo and we will definitely be staying here again.

Fantastic Time at Cowpet Bay

Haven't been home long from St. Thomas and already wish to return....The condo was perfect. Nice view of the water, clean, every amenity we needed, exactly as pictured in your listing. We tried walking to Red Hook, even though the locals advised us not to. For the record....there is a short cut that is much shorter and SAFER. Best $6 burger was had at Fat Boys in Red Hook. Believe me this is quite a bargain. Our Best overall meal was at the Green House downtown. Fish Tacos are to die for.....Good crab legs too. The four of us had a wonderful time and are talking about booking for next year again. There is plenty to do, or not. It's up to the individual. Thanks Again Nancy.......Frankes/ Meyers

Condos is everything we expected and more. Clean, spacious, and well appointed. All necessary equipment required for a week stay. Everything was in working order, newly updated and clean. Nancy and Chris were great hosts and actuall stopped by during our vist, very nice meeting both of you. I have stayed at several condos from this website and this was by far the cleanest, nicest condo yet. Buildings and grounds are very well maintained, beach was clean, raked every morining. Cowpet was a great quiet location close enough to Red Hook and Far enough away from Charlotte Amalie. Would recommend to family!

We stayed in Building E of Nancy's Condos during the week of August 7-14, 2011. I had made the photo of the view off the balcony my background on my work computer and several of my coworkers actually asked for the website because the picture generated interest in Nancy's properties on St. Thomas. I have to say that the picture of the beach from the balcony as well as all the other pictures are true depictions of the condo. Everything was in perfect working order, very clean, and comfortable. There was an over-abundance of towels and linens. The full kitchen was well stocked. We did take several trips to St. John and some of the surrounding beaches and enjoyed them very much. But we kept coming back to the Elysian and talking about how enjoyable it was to be so uncrowded, free chairs and shade (from the coconut trees), beautiful pool and spa, and just steps back to our condo to pick up food, new drinks, whatever. Red Hook is very close and boasts extraordinary restaurants such as Pesce, Cellars, FishTails, and others. Charlotte Amalie is fairly close and accommodating as well with great restaurants and a good dentist! Yes, my crown fell off and I found the reigning Ms. Senior America to be a wonderful dentist (Kimberly Moore). I have already been in touch with Nancy about renting two of her units next year for a bit longer stay, since all of our children and their "others" want to join us. Nancy, I cannot thank you enough for sharing your gorgeous condo with us.

Our family would like to thank Nancy for offering this beautiful condo to us. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! No need to worry about renting over the internet as everything that is advertised about this condo is accurate. The owners are VERY GENUINE people and I cannot compliment them enough for that. We have been to St. Thomas many times and are glad to now have a new home away from home when we visit the island. The restaurants in the resort are in a temporary state of transition, but we were offered a complimentary shuttle into Red Hook several times per day and evening, so that solved the issue of having places to dine as well as picking up groceries at the local market. And, we also learned about a trail that allowed us to walk into Red Hook. Not something you would ordinarily do in St. Thomas because of the roads, so that was a nice surprise and adventure. The Ritz Carlton is right next door with several restaurants (we ate at the one on the beach in front of the time shares and it was delicious with the most magnificent view). There is also a gift shop there where you can pick up the local newspaper, magazines, postcards, etc. I went to the Seagrape Spa at our resort (The Elysian) and it was fantastic. We also used the sailboat from the beach shack many times which took us out into the beautiful cove. Look up what the word Elysian means and you will find it at this condo for sure. All in all, if there is a perfect vacation spot...this is it so I would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you Nancy for sharing...we will be back!

Great Vacation!

We stayed at this property in June 2011. This was our 2nd trip to St. Thomas (dramatically better than our previous stay at the Wyndham Sugar Bay). Beautiful condo with great view of the beach. We went with our teenage son (which made the 2 bedroom condo ideal). Short ride to Red Hook for good dining and shopping (Pesce is a must if you like Italian food). Loved the tour of BVI through New Horizons - highlight of our trip. Off season trip gave us great rates and far less congestion. Enjoyed great weather as well. 10 on a scale of 1-10 for accomodations, location...ideal vacation. Only negative was we had to come back home!

Great place to get away

The photo's of the rental do show what the place is really like, as in clean, nicely appointed very well located on the property. Although I'm not sure the owners do a good enough job of displaying how large the condo is. It's 3 full condos, consolidated into one, and about 1500 sq feet. Each room has it's own full bathroom (including the great room with the kitchen) and each room has it's own balcony and view of the bay. The property itself, very clean well maintained. The owners were very helpful and credited part of our daily rate due to the pool being closed for re-finishing the entire time we were there. The beach at Cowpet Bay is beautiful and great for swimming, better than the beach at the Ritz around the corner. The restaurants on the property, particularly Ainsley's. Good staff, good bar food, good salad for those not into bar food, and really good pizza, and that says a lot considering you can find pizza anywhere. Roberts also had good food, but is a little more expensive for dinner, although breakfast was about what I'd expect. Adrian with Octopussy Adventures is a good way to go to visit other islands including Jost Van Dyke. If you rent a vehicle, which after a day or so driving on the left is not so scary, know that parking in Red Hook can be hard to find, we had luck in the lot underneath the American Yacht Harbor most nights. I would absolutely stay here again.

I was put in charge of finding a place for our family vacation. I spent hours looking at resorts as well as almost every location on this site. I finally decided on Nancy's condo because of all the info she provided as well as all the positive feedback from past guests. We couldn't have been happier with our stay here. The condo was plenty big for 3 adult couples (my parents, sister and her boyfriend, and my husband and me). The beach was close (very few steps) and AMAZING! The restaurants were awesome as well and we met the chef several times as he was always out and about. Red Hook was extremely close and we went to St John's from there one day. This condo comes highly recommended and if we head back to St Thomas I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Also we checked in on Easter Sunday and Nancy was available by phone to answer all questions.

Our experience was everything that we had hoped for. The condo was very comfortable and the location was excellent (and was near a grocery store). The restaurants exceeded our expectations and the beach was lovely. We had some difficulty finding the property because the roads are not clearly marked but after asking for directions, we were able to find the resort. Also, the letters identifying the buildings could be larger. Overall we give it a 5 star and look forward to the next trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our February vacation at this condo. The condo is very well cared for and the location is great. Close to Red Hook ferry, Beach is beautiful. No need to travel into big city of Charlotte Amalie. Condo is very close to some great restaurants in Red Hook. Also the resort has 2 great restaurants. Staff is very friendly. Owners were great to work with. We also took the ferry to St John twice. We will be visiting again soon.

This condo. is truly amazing. There is everything you need and spectacular views from the decks. The condo. is furnished beautifully which means you do not need to bring a thing, ie. towels/sheets. The pool and the beach are excellent. Our kids went from pool to beach many times throughout each day. The dining is fabulous. We are time share owners here at the Elysian and rented this instead because we needed the two rooms for the family. It is perfect. The owners are very nice and accomidating. I highly recommend this property

Condo was everything we expected and more. Great location in relation to the stairs to the beach and pool. Unit had everything you can ask for, kitchen was completey equipped with everything you will need for your stay. We have been staying at the Elysian for 10 years is this is by far the best unit hands down. We had four adults and four children and were very comfortable. Would recommend this unit to anyone.

We had a fantastic vacation on the island. Traveling with 5 young adults in not easy when trying to please everyone. We succeeded!!! The condo was great as well as its location. It accommodated everyone comfortably. It had everything we needed when we arrived. The on-site bars and restaurants were very good. There was even a piano man at Roberts American Grill. The pool and beach were both fantastic. We do recommend for everyone to venture out and explore the island and even catch the ferry to St. John if there is time. We visited the many beaches, including Trunks Bay in St. John. For a fine dinner experience we recommend Oceana. Will go back anytime!!!

Wonderful stay at the Elysian

We have just returned from a great stay at the Elysian. Seven of us stayed in Condo #1 (3 teen girls on the Murphy bed and an air matress), and it was perfect. Despite the number of people we never felt crowded, and the three seperate baconies were fantastic. The condo was just as pictured, and very well equiped. The location of the condo in the complex was excellent and close to everything. The owner answered all my many questions before our arrival and was very helpful in her suggestions. I would recommend this property very highly and would absolutely come back again. The grounds at the Elysian were very lush and well maintained. It is a very beautiful spot. Our family rented a car while we were there and we would highly recommend Lindquist beach ( one of the most beautiful I have ever seen and I have seen alot!) and taking at least one day to go to St. John. It was a great trip and the Condo was fantastic. Highly recommended!

We just returned from 10 awesome days at this condo. We loved everything! The condo is furnished very nicely and the beds are wonderful! When we arrived, the condo had booze, paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, handsoap, coffee filters and so much more. It made is nice that we didn't have to rush to the store to buy these items. Everything on the website is accurate and actually the condo is even better in person! You can't go wrong with this place, it's GREAT!

Splendid St. Thomas Vacation

We had the best caribbean vacation here in St. Thomas! We have been to the caribbean for the past five years to various islands and this was the absolute best! The beach at the Elysian is amazing! Not too crowded but with all amenities, rental boats and excursions, great food and drinks! We also loved the pool, when people see our pictures they can't believe the size and beauty of the pool and neither could we especially on an island! The accomodations were just great with a wonderful view and such a good spot within the resort. You would never have to leave the resort but we recommend so many fabulous family things to do on the island, coral world, the sky lift at paradise point, Magens Bay. This really is an island for everyone and this is place to stay!!!! We have already recommended this place to two of our closest friends travelling during the winter holiday season so I would tell everyone to book early here or you might miss out on the best place!

I highly recommend staying at this condo. My family stayed there a week in April, and it was WONDERFUL! The condo is exactly as pictured and described - what a delightful experience! The location couldn't be better, and the staff at the Elysian was friendly and helpful. The owner and staff at Ainsley's absolutely made us welcome, and fed us after hours when we arrived late! You don't get service like that very often! The condo had absolutely everything you could ask for, and we certainly look forward to our next stay at this beautiful condo.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It was clean, spacious and very nicely decorated. The furniture was comfortable and looked new. The resort was great as well - very nice beach and large pool. In addition, both the restaurants on site were really good. We liked the location as it is 5 minutes from Red Hook for the ferries and a nice grocery store and some good restaurants. We found the owner to be quite helpful when planning our trip. We had the most wonderful stay in this condo. It is beautifully decorated, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need to prepare a meal. The view was just fantastic from all 3 patios,the beds had crisp white sheets and there were more towels than we could possibly use in a month. We are thrilled that we lucked up on this gem (could not keep my sister out of the little casino). The owners are the nicest people. They left the best information on things to do and places to eat, taxi & ferry rates. They really went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The neighbors were friendly too and very helpful. If you need a taxi driver call Claudia(get her number from office) she was never late picking us up and just a joy.

We recently stayed at your condo at the Elysian Beach Resort during the Thanksgiving holiday. We usually rent a house on St. John but thought we would try something different this time. We had a great time, condo was clean and big and decorated beutifully. The beach (which is beautiful) is located right down the steps from the condo. We were there 9 nights and kept coming back to eat at Robert's American Grill located right at the resort. The wait staff is very friendly and eager to please and the food is wonderful, although not cheap. Iguanas are everywhere, one even crawled on our towel on the beach and laid there for a good 30 minutes. Would go back in a minute, wish the condo was mine!!

We enjoyed our stay at St. Thomas. Our whole experience was wonderful starting with the wedding, the condo, seeing St. Thomas and St. John, being with our family and traveling together using the mini van from Bobbie at Budget Rent A Car. Bobbie had the vehicle ready and it helped us out greatly. The location of your condo was excellent. We were able to visit with the family at Cowpet Bay West and was close to my brother-in-law's dive shop, Aqua Action at Secret Harbour Beach Resort. The condo was very nice and we had enough room. We spent 4 days here in early October 2009, and wish it were longer. St. Thomas, and the surrounding islands are beautiful, and the things to do are plentiful. Or, if you are looking for total relaxation, The Elysian is the perfect place to be. The pool and beach are both top notch, and there are both casual and formal dining options just steps away. The condo was very comfortable, and beautifully decorated (the pictures do not lie). We took full advantage of the amenities this property has to offer, and the rest of our time exploring. This vacation was a pleasant surprise, and we recommend it to everyone.

The Elisian resort is fantastic!Not having been back to St. Thomas since our honeymoon 30 years ago, I wasn’t so sure. This resort is far better than Sapphire Beach. The Elisian staff is great and they treat everyone as a first class customer.This unit, #E126, is perfect. It is well appointed, spacious and has all the amenities you’ll ever need. The balcony overlooks the resort activity spots and Cowpet Bay. You can see what’s going on at the resort all the time and have a great view all week. Being 30 yards from the beach and a lounge chair makes it even better.We are not waiting another 30 years and plan to go back next year.

We had an enjoyable stay in this condo over Easter. The condo was much bigger and had much nicer furnishings than I expected. It was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable with good mattresses. There were nice tv's in each room along with an Ipod sound system. Having the washer/dryer in the unit was a nice amenity. The location was great. Very close to the private beach, and also very convenient to nearby restaurant options. The location was also very convenient to Red Hook for the ferries and daysails (I would highly recommend Treazzure for a day sail-a little more expensive, but well worth it). The only negative I can think of was the noisy garbage truck that picked up from Robert's Grill fairly early in the morning. The condo owners were very professional to deal with. I would highly recommend this condo, and would definitely stay here again.

We had such a nice stay at Elysian Beach Resort. It was a perfect place to stay and it had everything that we needed. The Condo is very spacious and very neat. Well decorated and well equipped. Great view of beach from all three balconies and great pool and restaurants right next to the Condo. St.Thomas is a very nice place for vacation. We had a very nice time there. Driving in St.Thomas is not so bad and we can avoid paying high bills to Taxis. I will definitely recommend your condo to my friends and relatives. And When we visit St. Thomas again, we will for sure rent your Condo. Thanks for everything.

We just returned from a lovely stay at the Elysian Beach resort. We had such a great time! We had everything we needed in the Condo.I have to admit that my favorite part of the Condo was the bed. All the beds were so comfortable...even the Murphy bed. There was an iguana that lives outside the main balcony inside the bush. He greeted us everyday. I have never seen such a long tail! The weather was perfect. The people who run the hut on the beach that books excursions were so nice. They gave us rum drinks everyday! Thanks Nancy for sharing your condo with us. Negative things ...taxi drivers are big rip offs! They wanted to charge us $80.00 per person to go back to the airport on Friday morning. You may want to warn people who are going that taxis are very expensive way to go. Actually...that is the only negative thing I can think of! Thanks again! (And yes I wish I could go back again tomorrow!)

We had such a wonderful time on our trip to St. Thomas staying in this unit. I traveled with a friend from and her family 4 adults and 4 children. The children stayed on air mattresses and the baby stayed in the pack and play. The unit was decorated beautifully and very clean. We had plenty of room for everyone in our condo which made the evening in very enjoyable. We had so much fun eating out on the patio every morning with a fantastic view of the beach. Our unit was as close as you could get to the pool and beach. The Beach was cleaned very morning and the chairs organized and the pool was wonderful for the kids. We will defiantly go back to this unit on our next trip to St. Thomas. The Buliung Family and the Staflin Family

Everything about this condo exceeded our expectations.The condo was spacious, with plenty of room for five of us to gather, and the three separate balconies provided space for each of us to go off and read or enjoy the view of the beach. It was a pleasure dealing with the owner, who was both personal and professional. Staying in this condo made a great vacation perfect!

We stayed at the condo the last week of September and first week of October. The weather was PERFECT every day. The condo is in the most ideal location on the island. You are far enough from the main city, yet close enough to drive/cab there to do touristy things if you choose. We signed up for most excursions right there at the hut on the beach, which you have a fabulous view of from the condo. Breakfast at Robert's Restaurant can't be beat. The condo has an 'at-home' feel, we we're very comfortable and wished we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be returning in the future, and have already recommended you to friends.

We stayed two weeks in August, 08. We have stayed in St Thomas seven times but this was the best unit we have been in. Everything was exactly as it should be, very nice but not overly done to where you can't feel at home, all we needed in the kitchen, washer and dryer, air, tvs all in good condition, lots of towels, great beds, and Matthew (the guy who fixes anything that goes bad) checked in with us often as to any needs. A breaker kicked and he got on it and had all repaired in short order, along with kind apologies. The restaurant on the premises is as good as any on the island, the brick oven pizzas at the grill was a welcomed break from "eating out" and the fitness center is very good. Great view of the water, pretty beach and great pool close to the unit. We plan to stay there again.

Condo was great! Very spacious and all of the comforts of home. Vacationed with two daughters (20 & 17)and they had nothing negative to say. We'd definately stay again!

ABSOLUTE PARADISE! The unit is very spacious, tastefully furnished and the beds are wonderful. Much more than we expected to find and a great price to boot. The complex is just georgous. Fantastic pool and beach area... loved having the bar right there. Convenient restaurants and a super friendly staff. The accomodations made this vacation one of our favorites.
