Rates are lower in April, with this first floor unit with no stairs and the best location in OLE. Across the Street is the Village Center - with a lagoon pool, hot tub, internet cafe, library, ice cream/coffee shop, movie theater, state of the art gym and aerobics studio. Book a round of Golf at one of two golf courses on Property. Easy to find at 41 & 951, you are 7 miles to Marco Island and 8 miles to Old Naples fine restaurants, shopping & beaches. There is wireless internet in the unit and complimentary computers/printers in the Library across the street. Have Lunch or Play Pool in the Pub. This first floor condo has an open Great Room - with a dining area, sitting area and a Kitchen with a Breakfast Bar. Granite Countertops and Stainless Steel Appliances are in the kitchen, Ceramic tile is in both Master and Guest Bathrooms. Living Room has a 42" Plasma TV. The King Bed in the Master Bedroom has a firm mattress and a 22" LCD TV. Guest Bedroom has 2 extra long twin beds and a 22" LCD TV. The Queen Sleeper in the Great Room will sleep the Grandkids when they visit. Sit out on the lanai and get a view of the fountains in front of your unit. Explore the over 10 miles of walking/bike trails in Lely Resorts or use our bikes to go to the grocery store 1.5 miles away. Best-equipped rental we've ever stayed at!

Where to start? Clean, spacious and new-appearing attractive furnishings. Everyone who walked in said "Wow, this is nice!". 3 bicycles, 4 tennis raquets and 2 unopened cans of tennis balls, loads of pool floats, a fishing rod and taclkle box, spare light bulbs and a bathroom scale. Beautiful lush landscaping throughout Ole. Even the "alley" in the back with the entrances to all the garages is very attractive. outside the front door are fountains in the pool in the middle of the boulevard with benches where we sat to read the morning paper (The Naples News has short term delivery subscriptions). Less than 100 yards from the Village Center, the condo is the best location in Ole. The pool behind the Village Center is as attractive a pool as you'll ever see with plenty of chairs and it never seemed to be overcrowded. Nice state-of-the art fitness center which (we used a lot) plus a cute little movie theatre with free movies and free popcorn on Fridays and Saturdays. It's 5 miles up Collier Rd to exit 101 of I-75, which is a quick route to anywhere else in Naples, Bonita Springs etc. We bought oranges and grapefruits (25 cents each) direct from a orange grove about a mile and a half down Sabal Palm (partially dirt) which is the first right off Collier as you go North. Also found several reasonably priced good restaurants in Naples (not always easy to do): Cafe Luna on 5th Avenue ($29 per cpouple special includes a bottle of wine-Italian), Season 52, at Route 41 and Vanderbilt Beach Rd, near the Mercado (classy for a special evening but many $17-20 entrees, try their shorbread appeteizer, it feeds 8, popular so reserve early) and, closer by, Te English Pub on 41 just before Rattlesnake Hammock), DiGuilio's, in a strip plaza on Rattlesnake Hammock just beore 41 and Carraba's, just 1 1/2 miles south of the condo in the plaza off of Celeste. There's a good Publinx supermarket isn the same plaza and a super Wal-Mart about another mile further south on Collier. We already have our reservations for next year.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
