$3400/month (all year-3 month min stay)
plus: $85 cleaning fee, taxes %, $50 gate and garage key refundable upon return.
Note: Your credit card will be used to hold the booking date and will act as a
damage deposit if needed. We will mail you HOA lease to fill out and sign. Please
sign, return it w/i 10 days along with a certified check for the total amount.
Cancel 30 days before the booking date for a full refund. Thereafter, receive 75%
refund w/i 15 days, 50% refund if less than 15 days
