Overall great experience. Although our condo was not the one in pictures it worked out ok. Spence was great to work with and always got back to us with any questions we had. Laundry on site was a HUGE plus as we are a family of 6. Convenience to Metro was PERFECT! Great pool, and even felt safe enough for a morning or evening run. Grocery store on site was also a bit hit!! Highly recommend this condo!

Owner response:I deliver more than promised. A computer with the WiFi even! There are multiple condos available if you need more than one for a group larger than six or eight!!! The safe aspect seems to be a concern with many visitors who think the DC area is inherently unsafe as if the whole of Metropolitan Washington DC is a ghetto, not the case.

Great time at your Apartment, lots of space, very nice furnitures, beds and baths were just fit. We would love to come back next summer. Best of all is the great green spaces out in the back fields, right next to Metro and a huge parking lot available. we cooked our own meals, lot less than eating out, that's for sure.

I stayed at the 2 bedroom with the small outdoor patio in N. Bethesda. The unit was clean and amazingly quiet. The ammenities at the unit were perfect for my trip as I was traveling with my father. We each had a separate room and bathroom and a kitchen that allowed us to prepare and cook meals easily. Its close proximity to the red line made traveling to DC quick and easy. Having free parking allowed us to have a rental car and travel to other areas we wished to see (Gettysberg and Monticello). I would recommend this location.

What a wonderful retreat after a busy day in the excitement of D.C.! Clean, safe, quiet, comfortable, close to Metro, run by one of the busiest, most accomodating couples we ever saw! We didn't want for anything! Would recommend for any age or walk of life. Felt like home from day one. Too many ameneties to name.

We had a great time using this place as our home base. It's proximity to the metro station and bike path made it the ideal location. The rooms were clean and well appointed. We especially liked having a tv in each room and a spacious balcony. Our host was very helpful and responsive to our needs. We would gladly stay again. Thanks for a great time, much better than a hotel.

The condo was a great fit for our family group of seven. It was outfitted with all necessities for our stay. Spence and Lynda were helpful in getting us oriented to the condo location. The proximity to the Grosvenor Metro was very convenient for our daily trips into Washington proper. I would recommend the Pied-A-Terre to other families.

Excellent accommodation and value. Location was great, just a short walk to the Metro. There’s a delicious deli within walking distance as well. The condo is very clean, comfortable and well stocked. It was very relaxing to come home to after a busy day – much nicer than a hotel!The owners are nice and very professional. Everything was perfect. A definite positive!

We couldn't have asked for a nicer or cleaner place to stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable as well as being exceptionally close to the Metro station. An extra nice perk was a wonderful market located right on the condo property, for ease of grocery shopping if you are relying on the Metro for transportation. The owner and his wife were extremely accomodatating and helpful and we look forward to our next visit there!

This condo was a dream come true for our family of 5. A hotel room would have made our trip stressful but this spacious condo allowed relaxing time after a long day in Washington DC. The kitchen was great for breakfast meals and a quick snack before bedtime. The hosts were very helpful and accomodating. I will recommend this condo to other families.

This property is in a very nice location, and the Metro is easy to use to get to downtown DC. The condo accommodated our large family very well. The airports are easily accessible. The kitchen is handy for breakfast and meals, and nearby Rockville Pike has plenty of restaurants, shopping, grocery and a couple of movie theaters. After a long day of site-seeing, there's nothing like the large pool, great for kids! Our host was very responsive, and even made four trips back to an obscure Indian restaurant to retrieve and mail a DC baseball cap one of our kids left behind! Great value!

Great place to stay; great city to visit -- there's so much to do, and it's so easy to get around via Metro --it was very nice to have such a spacious apartment for a whole week. The hosts are very accomodating.

What a nice apartment! Couldn't be more convenient for a family visiting Washington DC, the METRO and all DC has to offer are at your doorstep. METRO is so easy! We were picked up and delivered to the condo and everything we asked for was already in the kitchen. What service!
