Sweet 2 BR/ 1 BA 1930s house in the historic Travis Heights neighborhood off of South Congress offers a remodeled subway-tiled bathroom and a fantastic kitchen with all the amenities. 15 minutes from Austin Bergstrom International Airport, 5 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from UT.

Enjoy the evening and watch the sun go down from our classic porch swing. Kick of your shoes or grill up some burgers in the spacious backyard.

Upscale local restaurants, cafes, taco bars, bakeries, and neighborhood groceries are all just a few blocks away. Great people watching and all your caffeine needs are met at Jo's Coffee. Continental Club, one of Texas' most revered venues, features live music nightly. Check out the First Thursday festival each month for local artists and handmade crafts, live music, and a glimpse of Austin culture.

Take a leisurely walk downtown, across the Congress Ave bridge to see the bats emerge for their nocturnal adventures. A short cab or bus ride will take you to the Warehouse District and upscale clubs and wine bars. Or head to 6th Street for a night of barhopping.

Active travelers will enjoy Lady Bird Lake with miles of trail for running or biking. No trip to Austin is complete without a visit to the historic pools at Barton Springs and Deep Eddy.

  • Pet Friendly: Small dogs are allowed inside the house. Large dogs are welcome to stay in the backyard, which is fenced. Please no cats due to the owner's allergies.
