Newly built Gulf Front condominium, professionally decorated to platinum level. This unit has all kitchen up-grades with stainless appliances, custom cabinets, solid surface counter tops and tile floors through out, except Master Bedroom is carpeted.
The unit has on-site management services with 2 beach lounge chairs and umbrella furnished during summer months. There are 2 pools, (l heated) a hot tub and a fitness center.
There is a TV/DVD player in the living area as well as the Master Bedroom with free DVD's and free long distance (USA and Canada) provided with rental package.
This Gulf Front resort is located on the East end of Panama City Beach on Thomas Drive. It is next door to the famous Schooners Beach Club and a short walk to St. Andrews State Park as well as many other restaurants and golf courses.
