My husband and I just returned home after renting this condo for 3 months. When we first arrived, we let the owners know that the condo was just like the photos appeared online; large, very clean and well taken care of. The condo has all the amenities of home and the location is great. We could walk to several stores and restaurants. It was very easy for us to get around. We would highly recommend renting this condo to anyone.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was excellent and had the perfect view of the beach. The condo itself was very clean with very nice furniture. It also had all the cooking supplies we needed to cook whatever meals we wanted. I rented this for a few of the people that were in a wedding during our stay including the bride and groom and we had more then enough room for the bride to get ready and on her way to get the rest of her life started with my cousin, the groom. The owner of the condo was great. A porch chair broke and I immediately called her and her first concern was if anyone was hurt. She wasn't worried about the chair. She even drove down herself to get the chair from us and have it fixed right away. The security guard was also amazing. He was very nice and we even made friends with him. I will defenately be renting this condo again... YOU SHOULD TO! I guarantee you love everything about it...

We had a great time in this condo. It is a wonderful place for a family vacation. We arrived a little early, but everything was already clean and ready.( Our compliments to the 3 ladies who clean the place...we were fortunate to meet them on our way out.). The security officer was also very pleasant and helpful. We highly reccomend this condo. The beds and furnishings are top of the line and very comfortable. We really liked the code entry as opposed to keyed.The whole place is very convenient, well stocked, and decorated very nice.We will certainly try to secure the next time we head to Panama City.

The condo is clean and well kept. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook full meals. Restaurants and grocery stores are close by. The pool area has a shady area so you can get out of the sun - which is really nice in the middle of summer. The owner answered questions quickly. I will look to stay there again the next time I'm in Panama City Beach.

Everything was great. No oil on the beaches, very little seaweed, room was spectacular. Owners answered all my questions before we went in less than 24 hours each time. Very friendly owner to deal with, room was exceptionally supplied, located close to many attractions. Condo building was clean and quiet. very short walk down the beach to PineApple Willys for lunch. The rented beach chairs were a nice touch. Highly recommended.

This place is the greatest! Its so neat and clean and felt like my home away from home. The owners thought of everything down to the fans I found in the closet to run at night. I am used to a fan when I sleep and this was an unexpected suprise! I will definitely stay here any and everytime I visit Panama City. No need for me to search for anything else. You cant find any better!

My family had a great time at this wonderful condo. Great location, very clean, well stocked, master bed too comfortable-had trouble getting out of it in the morning!!! The area and beach were the best I've experienced in some time. We look forward to going back again!!

This condo was wonderful. . . . My husband, our 4 children and myself loved every minute of the stay. The location is great for shopping and dining, it is very quiet when you are inside. We never heard any of the outside noise and everything worked out well. It is nice being on the 1st floor I just wish there was a way to go up the stairs not just down, sometimes we were waiting on the elevator and could have walked up the stairs quicker. The keyless entry was good so we did not have to keep up with a key and the pool and poolside restrooms were great too. The beach chairs and umbrella were a great extra too, I would have never thought I wanted to sit under the umbrella in October but we did. Rental rate was awesome for all that we got, I would reccomd this condo very highly. Our family had a wonderful trip and could not have asked for anything more.

What a beautiful condo! The decorating was just what I would have if I had a beach condo. Elegant beachy! I just loved waking in the morning and opening the curtain and looking out on the beach from bed. Wow! Thanks for all of the little extras that said "Welcome." Wonderful condo. Can't wait to go back!

This property was absolutely awesome! The owners thought of everything to make our vacation perfect. The keyless entry is perfect for large groups (no keys to keep up with). The first floor location makes hauling beach stuff and supplies easier and with reserved beach chairs already available to you, there is much less beach stuff to haul. The rental process was simple and the owners were very helpful and accomodating. I would definitely recommend the property and will personally stay there again (hopefully soon:)

BEAUTIFUL accommodations. First Floor ease. VERY Clean. The balcony view of the Sunsets are amazing. large Beach, beach chairs were included, easy access...Definitely hope to return!

Very clean,nicely furnished, comfortable with a great view.Easy access to the beach and pool. Love the poolside bathroom for the kids. The staff was friendly and kept everything clean and orderly. enjoyed watching the sunsets! highly reccomend to families or couples traveling together.

Absolutely enjoyed staying in this condo. It is furnished very nice, and is in excellent condition. It was very clean and spacious. We liked the fact that it is located on the first floor, right next to the stairs. The view of the gulf from the balcony was beautiful. Swimming pool area was a little small but still nice. We would recommend this condo to everyone!

The owners have thought of everything. From well-equipped kitchen to fans for the bedrooms. Extra chairs and umbrella for beach. Washer and dryer. Nice beds and linens. Very comfortable and great view with easy access to the beach. Very secure. We loved it! We had three year old twins also and they had a blast. Owners even provide games, books, and movies. Really convenient to restaurants and shopping. Really, I can't say enough good things about it.

A great condo. The first floor is so convenient but still has a full ocean view. Well furnished and very clean. Extras included like the beach service chairs and wireless internet. Would definitely recommend.
