Welcome to The Harrison Modern, we have 3 wonderful apartments to offer you will find links to the other two listings next to the availability calendar further down the page.
This gorgeous 2 bedroom vacation rental unit is a, bright, spacious apartment (1000 square feet), that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It is in a quiet, well designed, super cool Mid-Century Modern, four unit building - each unit has it's own separate entrance.
Located in the heart of beautiful Capitol Hill, two blocks to the Broadway shopping area and a short 15- 20 minute walk (1 Mile) to downtown Seattle. The location is perfect.
As you will see by the photos the unit is wonderfully furnished with all the comforts of home; A super comfortable king size bed, Central heating, Washer and Dryer, 37 inch LCD TV with DVD player, Stereo with CD library, Fully equipped kitchen, etc. FREE wireless high speed internet is provided – please bring your own computer with wireless card!!.

Within an easy 15 to 30 minute walk of: Downtown Seattle, Convention Center, Pike Place Market, Seattle Aquarium, Seattle Art Museum, Waterfront shops, Seattle Center, Space Needle, Experience Music Project, , Schools: Seattle University, Seattle Central Community College, Cornish College of Arts.
Within a ten minute drive of: The University of Washington, Woodland Park Zoo, Boeing Field and The Flight Museum, Ferries to the Olympic Peninsula, The Ballard Lox, Mariners and Seahawks Stadiums, West Seattle and Alki Beach.
Within a 20 minute drive of:
Seatac International Airport, Bellevue, Redmond.

Seattle is a vibrant city full of amazing sights from world class architecture, vibrant arts scene, to spectacular outdoor activities. Capitol Hill, is the perfect location to explore all Seattle and everything the region has to offer. If you are not traveling outside the city you won't need a car, everything is within an easy walk or a short bus ride. Within 3 short blocks of the building are a a number of great restaurants, shops and cafes, 2 supermarkets and 3 wonderful city parks. Capitol Hill is a rich, diverse, neighborhood with multi million mansions and a wonderful farmers market within blocks of each other. One thing I am sure about... You will love the location. I have done a lot of traveling and believe that Seattle and the Pacific North West is one of the most beautiful, livable, areas in the North America.

I have a passion for architecture and interior design, you will see this in every aspect of the Harrison Modern. Originally born in New Zealand, I have traveled the world and the US extensively, I believe that Seattle is one of the most beautiful cities on the planet. My back ground is in Tourism Marketing, I worked for the New Zealand Tourism Board in Los Angles for 8 years before moving to Seattle in 1994. I have a love of travel and new experiences - Whenever I away I always stay at vacation apartments, as you get a real feel for the destination you are visiting.
