Located on a quiet street, bordering a national forest, surrounded by tall pines that create an atmosphere of peaceful serenity. A place to lay back, relax and enjoy natures wonders, yet convenient to shopping, some of the best beaches on Lake Tahoe, Ski resorts, gambling casino's and all other forms of recreation and fun. Hiking trails leading to Fallen Leaf Lake or Lake Tahoe beaches are located at the end of block. See listing of specific activities below. The home is approximately twenty one hundred square feet, with four bedrooms, sleeps nine to twelve, has three bathrooms, two w/walk-in showers and one a tub shower, Gourmet kitchen,living room and second floor recreation room, with excellent view of a backyard forest. There is also a two car garage and parking for two vehicles in the driveway.

The house is equipped with the following: Bedrooms w/two queen size beds, one double with bunk bed and two single beds. Linens are provided. Kitchen w/full service w/cooking utensils provided, dual fuel professional grade range, granite counter tops, dishwasher, refrigerator w/water and ice dispenser, a dinette set w/six chairs. Living room, furnished w/gas burning fireplace. Second floor has a recreation room W/vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, forest view, 50" wall mounted flat screen television w/cable service,DVD player and wireless internet connection. The second floor also has three bedrooms two bathrooms and a Laundry closet W/washer and dryer.

    Her Comments Truly a gorgeous house with plenty of room to have a family getaway vacation. Love to come back in the winter as the locaton is perfect for access to all the ski resorts without the hassle of through down-town.

  • Comment Text: My family and I stayed here for a week in July 2009 and had a great time. The house is very clean and was constructed recently. Very modern and comfortable. My wife's highlight was the double shower in the master bathroom. Only down side is now she wants a double shower at home. Good grief.

  • I stayed here with a large group in August and just loved it. It has all the amenities of home plus the ones you don't have. Easy in and easy out from this location and close to all shopping and beach areas. Highly recommended.
