#37 - A beautiful 2 bedroom ground floor condominum located at Island Retreat.
The condo was recently remodeled and has raised ceilings and sheet rock walls. Unloading the car is effortless - no stairs to climb!
If you like to relax watching TV after a day in the sun, we have new flat screen televisions in the living area and in the master bedroom. If you have favorite DVD's for the kids, bring them or rent some on the island because we supply DVD players too.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs and has awesome granite countertops. We installed a new refrigerator, sink, range and dishwasher for your convenience.
Beautiful tile floors are in all areas except in the bedrooms. We placed new carpeting in there for extra comfort.
In the master bedroom there are two double sized beds. This room also has a private bathroom and has a large flat screen TV too! The guest room off the hallway area has two twin beds with a bathroom close by.
Sorry, we do not allow pets and smoking is not permitted inside the condo.
We have wireless internet access so bring your laptop.
A boardwalk is provided for easy access to the beach. No need to drive to the beach here!
We love being at the beach and invite you to rent our 'piece of heaven'.

3 of us girlfriends stayed here over Mem weekend and the place was better than expected... Very clean and you could tell very well maintained... We loved the gounds and the pool was great. planning on coming back.. Texas Ladies

Your condo was very clean, comfortable, close to the pool and the boardwalk to the beach. Grounds were well kept. We could not have asked for a better location. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back! The only problem we encountered was we could not get the TV in the bedroom to work and I am sure that is because we are mechanically challenged.
Owner response:We enjoyed meeting you. Following your stay, we had the TV in the bedroom checked out by the Cable Company. Turns out the cable box went bad ...so good news! You aren't mechanically challenged at all. The TV in the bedroom is now crystal clear and we invite you to come back and try us again. Thank you for your comments.

Our family stayed here over the 4th of July holiday weekend and loved it. It was the perfect location - convenient to the pool and the beach, was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations or an easier person than Jodi to work with. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to everyone.

The condo was clean and the appearance is very attractive. The outdoor facilities were also clean and nice. More picnic tables around the large pool would be nice. We will stay again. A mirror in the master bedroom would be appreciated. We really like the location and the airy look to the remodel you did. Thanks.
