#37 - This 2 bedroom Island Retreat Condominium is a beautiful ground floor condominium that has been completely remodeled with raised ceilings and sheet rock walls. There are no stairs to climb so unloading the car with your favorite beach gear is effortless!
If you like to relax watching TV after a day in the sun, we have new flat screen televisions in the living area and in the master bedroom. Most of the movie channels are available too. If you have favorite DVD's for the kids, bring them or rent some on the island because we supply DVD players too.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs and has been completely remodeled. We also installed a new refrigerator, sink, range and dishwasher.
Beautiful new tile floors are in all areas except in the bedrooms. We placed new carpeting in there for extra comfort.
In the master bedroom there are two double sized beds. This room also has a private bathroom and don't forget the new flat screen TV too! The guest room off the hallway area has two twin beds with a bathroom close by.
Sorry, we do not allow pets and smoking is not permitted inside the condo.
We have wireless internet access so bring your laptop.
A boardwalk is provided for easy access to the beach. No need to drive to the beach here!
We love being at the beach and invite you to rent our 'piece of heaven' from May 21st until October 5th. See you at the beach!

May 21 - June 27 $220 / night OR $1320 / week
June 28 - August 1 $240 / night OR $1440 / week
August 2 - September 7 $225 / night OR $1350 / week
September 8 - October 1 $150 / night OR $900 / week
*Labor Day Weekend Rate is $240 / night with a 3 night minimum
*July 4th Weekend is a 3 night minimum. All other dates require
a minimum 2 night stay. Weekly rates include one free night.
Receipt of a $300 Security Deposit is required within 5 days.

Our family stayed here over the 4th of July holiday weekend and loved it. It was the perfect location - convenient to the pool and the beach, was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations or an easier person than Jodi to work with. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to everyone.

We had a fantastic time at the Island Retreat and loved your condo #37. It was close to the pool which our daughters really liked. The shower by the boardwalk was especially nice; we could rinse off the beach sand. Hope to be back next summer.
