This penthouse unit provides a wonderful home base to explore Tahoe! It is located on the third story with stairs being the only access. This complex is located on the south side of Hwy 28 near the Hyatt Hotel, Incline Recreation Center, Incline Beaches and across from the bowling alley.
A large flat screen TV rests above the gas fireplace. You only need to turn on a light switch to enjoy the fire. Queen size beds are in each bedroom with separate bathrooms for each. Wireless internet is also on site. Each bedroom as well as the dining area have Casa Blanca ceiling fans for your comfort.

Bike the flume trail, Boat in Lake Tahoe or Hike the Tahoe Rim. In winter you are located within a short drive to over seven downhill ski resorts, numerous cross country, snow shoeing & snowmobile recreation areas. Casinos with small entertainment venues are located nearby or drive down to South shore or Reno if you desire.
A common use laundry is located on the first floor. Charcoal barbeques are also located in the common area due to fire concerns.
