This condo is centrally located and is clean, comfortable and perfect for a small group. If you want to enjoy the Annapolis area as well as the water this is the spot to be. Water access, close to downtown and a small walk to many establishments. The inside of the condo is clean and well laid out so you can enjoy sports games on the big screen or if you want to have a sit down dinner there is a nice dining area. Clean and comfortable – the perfect spot!”

Its close proximity to the Annapolis Yacht Clubs, downtown restaurants and bars, as well as its many amenities has made it a pleasurable and very convenient home away from home. In addition to being located just a couple blocks from downtown Annapolis, its location overlooking Spa Creek, as well as a possibility of a slip for a tender, makes this Annapolis Rental a great option for race teams. Its lovely waterfront views and relaxing covered deck add to the great experience.
