This four bedroom home, with its classic island architecture and furnishings, offers three bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen is located on the mountainside of the home and opens to the very large covered lanai. This lanai is perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner and for recounting your day’s adventures. Enjoy a magical sunrise each morning from your oceanfront lanai, kayak to the off-shore islands, or swim in the calm, inviting waters immediately fronting your island getaway.
The house configuration is rectangular in design, will all four bedroom and the living room facing the ocean. Ocean views and trade winds flow into each of these rooms. There are two bedrooms on either side of the central living room, with a bathroom at the end of each hall. Each of the bathrooms has a beach entry door. The kitchen is on the north end of the home and opens to a very large covered lanai on the mountain side of the home. There are two circular glass tables which seat five at each and an additional rectangular table which will accommodate an additional four. This area is where you will find that you will have most of your meals and enjoy the convenience of a barbeque. The washer and dryer are located in a laundry room adjacent to this lanai.
On the beach side of the home; immediately out of the living room door, there is a large covered lanai with a table and four chairs, two built-in benches, and the most stunning view. This is living! |
