Fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, ceiling fan in bedrooms & living room, exposed brick, fireplace in living & dining room, cable, television, wireless internet, window AC units & radiant heat. Rental stocked with pots, pans, silverware, dishes, coffee maker, iron & board, towels, & bed linens. There are two full bathrooms; One has a Jacuzzi tub & the other features a stand-up shower. Two bedrooms and living room have a queen size bed & television. The third bedroom has a king size bed. Unit is not handicapped accessible.

SHOPPING, ENTERTAINMENT, DINING, & ATTRACTIONS: 1.25 miles to Smithsonian Museums, 1 block from Big Bear Coffee Shop & Cafe, 1.08 miles to Lincoln Theater & U street corridor packed with restaurants, bars, nightclubs, retail. 1 mile to Union Station & The Capitol, 1.05 miles to Gallery Place/China Town, 2.33 miles to Langston Golf Course & Driving Range, .71 miles to Giant Grocery Store.
