Casa Verde

This spacious, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with large private lap pool has all of the amenities anyone could want.
All tile and tropical hardwood accents and furnishings, A/C, weekly maid & laundry service, satellite TV, alarm & security service, safe, outdoor shower and large outdoor poolside terrace.

Casa Verde is also in a fantastic location: 5 minutes walk to gorgeous Playa Guiones surf beach, shops, internet and restaurants, and it is also surrounded by the Refugio/ Green zone.

Casa Verde has solar heated water, recycling system, composting, solar garden lighting & solar clothes dryer.

At Casa Verde, there is only protected animal refuge between you and the Pacific Ocean. Be prepared to share the garden with our local residents at Casa Verde: pizotes, armadillos, iguanas, and howler monkeys are just a few of the animals who frequently visit Casa Verde.

Casa Verde is an open home with a sense of spaciousness throughout. The comfortable living area communicates easily with the fully-equipped kitchen. Outdoor dining on the terrace, poolside, is a must!

There are three bedrooms at Casa Verde: two upper bedrooms have queen size beds and share two half baths. The main floor bedroom has two twin beds that can be combined to a king size bed, with a main floor full bathroom. All bedrooms have A/C at Casa Verde. Although with cool breezes and the ceiling fans, you probably won't want to use them!

Fall asleep listening to the ocean waves or a gentle tropical rain and wake to singing birds and morning sunshine.

  • Casa Verde was AMAZING! The home itself is very well kept, up to date, and very comfortable to live in. The Pool was a highlight, along with the howler monkeys passing through. By far the location was perfect, a short 5 minute walk to the beach and a skip to the supermarket. There's no need to drive anywhere. Nosara has it all with in walking distance! We would love to go back!

  • Beautiful bright airy house and property with great location close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket. Pool and terrace surrounded by jungle offer serenity and relaxation. A fabulous vacation spot to get away and unwind.

  • I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of Casa Verde. Although only a short walk to the beach, the property is very private. The jungle surrounds you on 3 sides and there is excellent wildlife viewing from the back yard. Swimming with an igauna in the pool was one of my highlights! The house is spacious and well appointed. We prepared gourmet meals at home with local foods and dined on the patio beside the pool. Happy hour at Casa Verde was the best.

  • We have now stayed in this home twice and we will definitely be back. The location can't be beat - close to the surf, groceries, bars and restaurants. We gave up our rental car while we were there because we could walk everywhere. The home is beautiful and the pool allowed us to stay cool, entertain our daughter, and invite other friends over for after surf swims and barbeques. I can't recommend the property highly enough!
