Location: Cedar Hammock is a golf and tennis community located in East Naples, on Florida's sunny Southwest Gulf Coast, 30 minutes from Fort Myers International Airport and 5 miles from the Gulf beaches.
The unit overlooks the 2nd hole of the championship Lewis/Azinger-Cedar Hammock Golf Course. The 3rd floor unit offers both privacy and easy elevator access. Facing east you will enjoy the warm morning sun on your lanai while eating breakfast and reading the morning paper. In addition to golf, the country club offers a large heated swimming pool , fitness center, four har-tru tennis courts, and a fabulous restaurant offering both casual fare and fine dining. In addition, there are two community swimming pools available for your use.
The apartment is professionally decorated and offers a queen sized bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest room and a twin sleeper sofa in the den/office. The dining area seats six and the eat-in kitchen table seats four persons. The living room has sofa, loveseat, recliner and occasional chair. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms, den, living room and lanai.
For your convenience and enjoyment the units comes equipped with washer, dryer, microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator and electric stove. Also, three televisions, a VCR/DVD, and a Bose Acoustic radio. Covered parking is provided for one automobile, with ample guest parking spaces. An exterior storage closet is available for deck chairs, bicycles, etc. Local telephone and internet access is also provided.
Local attractions include visits to the quaint downtown Naples 5th Avenue and 3rd Street shops and restaurants. Marco Island is just 30 minutes South and you must visit Sanibel and Captiva Islands, off the coast of Fort Myers, an enjoyable day trip. No visit to Naples would be complete without an airboat ride through the Florida Everglades or a day of deep sea fishing in the Gulf. So if you are not a golfer, not to worry, because there are unlimited things to do and places to see in this Southwest Florida Paradise.
