Superb 25 square meter contemporary apartment with solid oak floors with stunning rooftop views across Paris to the Sacre Coeur. There are two large velux windows with pull down black out blinds in the main room with a sofa bed and open plan kitchen. The bathroom is four star hotel quality.
There is a small wooden staircase up to the mezzanine bedroom with large velux window and pull down black out blind. You can’t stand upright in all of the space but the queen-size bed has a mattress is the highest quality is too inviting for a sound sleep. The apartment is exceptionally quiet being on the last floor and is fully air conditioned and has dimmer switches on the high tech halogen lights.
The kitchen has good worktop space and is fully equipped including dishwasher, fridge and combination microwave oven and there is a dining table with four designer Kartell chairs.
Entry hall features impressive solid oak doors, a black marble floor renovated 2006 and the stairwell renovated and being painted spring 2008. Stone façade restored and cleaned in 2005.
