Very spacious and pretty 4 level house in the charming and picturesque village of Grimaud. The house is tastefully decorated and has 3 double bedrooms and has all the modern conveniences one needs in a home away from home. This property is an ideal base for exploring the beautiful villages and towns of the south of France. Beaches are 5 minutes by car. St Tropez is only 10 km's away.

At street level is the large lounge and dining area. Below is a double bedroom with bath. The second floor consists of two double bedrooms, shower room and WC. The top level is a fully fitted kitchen with dining area that opens onto a spacious patio with views of the village and hills. This property is newly refurbished and fully furnished with linen and towels.

Grimaud, is a beautiful and picturesque hilltop village. It has fabulous restaurants (including Michelin star - Les Santons). There are numerous boulangeries, fabulous restaurants, galleries and shops.
