Wonderful Villa 300 square meters 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and a 2000 meter garden. Large private swimming pool. The house is in the Chiberta forest surrounded by the maritime pine forest. Lots of birds and wildlife ,the place is very quiet . A major bike lane links to downtown Bayonne (10 Minutes) and downtown Biarritz (15 Minutes) Located 400 meters from the beach it will house 8/9 people .

The house has two kitchens and two living rooms. Large sunny terrace surrounding an Italian pergola. It is equipped with a traditional Basque plancha.

Best comfort is provided with swimming poll cleaner , gardener and house cleaner (6 Hours a week) .

Walking distance to golf , beach , surf , tennis , boat center horseback riding club, thalassic therapy.
