Just returned from vacation day ago and I am already missing the beautiful beach and the amazing condo. It was my first trip to this condo and I really like it. The condo itself is as beautiful and clean as it appears on the photos. It was very nice decorated, nice furniture and paint arts on the walls. Location is very convenience as well as floor level. The beds were so comfortable. Such a beautiful view was from the balcony. Some time you were able to see dolphins play in an ocean. We were over there with kids and it is a perfect place for family vacation. Beside that, owner of condo was so nice, easy to communicate and quick responded. Thank you so much. More likely I’ll be a return customer.

Spent a week in this unit with my wife, our children and two friends of the children. We were very pleased with the condo. We liked having a condo on the fourth floor directly above one of the pools. There are two pools and a large hot tub. We enjoyed all of them. The skywalk to the parking garage was a big bonus, it was so easy to get from our unit to the parking garage since the skywalk was on the 3rd floor. I noticed the property was well maintained by the staff. This condo was located very close to Walmart and other shopping areas. We really enjoyed our stay and intend on renting this condo again.

Recommended for:Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

your condo made a wonderful winter home, the balcony is perfect on a sunny day, even if it is cool outside the balcony stayed warm as long as the sun was out, the hot tub and pool was kept warm all winter long,unlike other places we have stayed. My husband and father was very pleased with the size of the TVs the only complaints we would have is the fridge and stove need to be updated, there was problems with both thru-out the winter. However we hope to make this our winter home again for next year.

This is our 1st stay at this property. We were welcomed to a clean and fresh villa and loved the decor. We loved waking up to the cool sea breeze in the morning and watching the waves on the sea shore. With all the activities in the area we had so much fun. This property is one of the best and convienent to a Wall Mart ,Liquor store , Cinema and shopping area with out travelling for miles. Rates are very reasonable for such a great Villa. Thanks Marina

Another Great Thanksgiving

This is our second stay at this property for Thanksgiving and it was like the first. We were welcomed to a clean,fresh smelling villa with all the pots ,pans, and necessary cooking items. With such a fully laid out kitchen we never had to worry about a thing. It was a pleasure waking up to the cool sea breeze in the morning (yes, we slept with the balcony door open) and watching the birds on the sea shore. With all the kids activities in the area, my kids had all the fun they could handle. This property is one of the best on the entire strip of villas in this area. convienent to a Wall Mart ,Liquor store , Cinema and shopping area with out travelling for miles. surely we are looking forward to next year again and will recommend Marina (the owner) to all my friends, family and co workers.. You too should ckeck it out also as the rates are very reasonable for such a great Villa. Thanks Marina. Keep up the good work

Beautiful!!!! Our first time in the area.I fell in love with the beachfront view from the balcony. The condo was so nice...beautifully decorated. Everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Lots to do, but our plan was to relax and that's exactly what we did. Marinna was wonderful to work with. She is a very nice person and was very helpful. We plan on coming back next year. We have enjoyed our vacation ( June 2-June 7, 2009)in your beautiful condo at Ocean Villa.It feels very cozy with your professional design and decorations. The place is perfectly equipped with everything.Ocean Villa offers great amenities. We have enjoyed outside grills very much. Great family cook out. I am currently a sophomore at Purdue University in Indiana. I came to Panama City with about 5 of friends for spring break week in March and we had a blast. We loved the condo's location, price, decor and amenities! Lodging is always the make or break of a vacation and this condo absolutely helped made our trip AMAZING!

My family and I stayed here for almost a week recently, and we all agreed the accomodations and location and the condition of the condo was wonderful! My dad has been in several Panama City rentals the last few years, and he liked this one the best . . . he is spoiled now with this Ocean Villa unit. Very comfortable and firm beds, tasteful decor, and quick beach access. Thank you, Marina! We would love to come back again!
