There are three bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom/bathroom suite is spacious and private, queen size bed, located on the second floor. The master bath includes double sinks and a separate, personal, vanity space with a private, wardrobe area.
First floor has queen bed in second bedroom and twin beds compliment the third bedroom. Full bath in between.
There is a large living room with a dining area. A fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Furniture provided for a large, Arizona patio to enjoy the warm weather.
A convenient, personal, carport, 2 parking spaces are included. The Continental Villas East community is known for its classic, Spanish, colonial architecture, lush landscaping with tree-lined and lighted streets, finger lakes which are illuminated in the evenings, a heated pool, and clubhouse all within proximity to everything that matters.
Our townhouse is located in the center of Scottsdale, close to Old Town and adjacent to our private fishing lake, a park that includes walking trails, picnicking, and most outdoor sports activities.
Free Trolley ~ stop within walking distance every ~ 10 minutes.

7 Days a week

No Trolley service on New Years Day,
Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving or Christmas.
