Why the Owner Chose Corolla Light
We rented these Villa units in Corolla Light for about 12 years before buying one. We loved the location/close proximity to the beach, pools, tennis courts and more. When we decided to buy a home in the Outer Banks, it just made sense to invest in a home that we loved renting for so many years. We have many years of wonderful memories in Corolla Light.

We have adult and children's bikes, two very large book and video collections (one of each for both children and adults), games, beach toys, and so much more with our home for our guests to use and enjoy!

Loved this particular beach (Corolla beach is so much wider than the beaches in Duck and elsewhere in OBX) and loved this house. Close to cute shops, close to the ocean, close to the pools, close to the tennis courts ... plus ocean views and cozy comfort ... ahh, I want to go back.
Owner response:So glad you enjoyed it -- Come back soon! Gotta agree that it is close to everything! You can spend the day at the beach and pools and not even think about shopping or you can take time exploring the lighthouse and village shops and boutiques -- lots to do for everyone!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION ... This house is so close to the ocean, pools, tennis courts, playground, etc! We wanted to stay super close to the ocean but not rent one of those mega mansions that you find oceanfront. This house is so close, it is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and even has ocean views! We loved this house and Corolla Light.

We had a marvelous stay at this delightful beach house. A lot of love and care has been put into making this a real home away from home. Everything one could possibly want or need for is there. Our 6-year old even learned how to ride a two-wheeler with the bikes provided! Even though we brought our own toys & books, we found so many more in the closets and shelves. We grilled every night and loved and enjoyed the themed bedrooms. They were quite charming. We can't wait come back to Beach Magic (we already have our reservations set :)

We love this house and Corolla! We came a long way to get an OBX vacation and this house and its location to the beach can't be beat. We were next to everything, great pools, the ocean, and oceanside cafe, cute shops, no traffic ... and a beautiful house with everything we needed including bikes, toys, games, internet access, etc. The owners even called to make sure everything was in tip top shape. You can tell they really care about their home and guests. We would love to stay here again.

We recently spent an amazing week in Corolla Light at this house. We were so close to everything and the house was equipped for our every need! Our sons loved the jungle room and having the books, bikes and videos as well. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. What was particularly nice about this house was how clean it was and how good the upkeep. We could just relax :)

We stayed in this house during the off-season and really liked it. It was bright & cheerful with lots to do even when the weather did not cooperate. The location of the house couldn't be more perfect as it was close to the beach as well as to shops, the lighthouse & tennis courts. The owners are very nice and called to make sure everything was all right. I appreciated that a lot. We hope to stay here again.

We come to the OBX every year and for the last 2 times (once in the Spring and once in the Summer) we stayed at this wonderful home. The owners have provided everything, including a wonderful atmosphere. It is so close to the beach, we even saw dolphins one morning swimming in the ocean while we were having coffee on the deck! Our kids really love the decorated rooms and all the books and toys provided. Plus with 3 kids, its great to be so close to home when you are at the beach. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the house for lunch! We plan to stay here again on our next trip to Corolla Light

We just love Beach Magic! Everything is first rate ... the kitchen, the furniture, the book library, the incredible ocean views ... Everything we needed was provide! Location is so close to the beach and beautiful pools. Plus the owners provide bikes to explore the area. we have stayed in this same house for several visits and hope to keep coming back here.
