Rising up the hardwood stairs to the second level -- you will find a vast, crisp loft like living area. This fabulous entertaining space features white on white furnishings. Infusing shabby chic with mid century modern.
The open planned chef's kitchen bleeds into the bar and into the dining and into the living space - offering the ideal flow for entertaining. Or when the afternoon ocean breezes float in -- a wonderful Zen space to relax and chill.
Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors extend to the balcony deck providing an indoor-outdoor feel for this beach loft space. Soothing ocean breezes are invited in. While the deck features a comfy lounger.

Venice is unto itself. I have not found anything else like it anywhere in the world. It is like an island in LA. Our location is the best in Venice... if I don't say so myself. It really is. I am a well traveled Australian and have friends who visit from all around the world. My friends and all of our guests want to move to Venice after on visit. And they do.
