We have rental property in North Myrtle Beach and also wanted property close to Broadway at the Beach and the airport. This part of Myrtle Beach is attractive for the young, teenager and adults with the available activities.

We started going to Myrtle Beach in 1987 to enjoy the 120 golf courses and the sand and the beach for our kids. In 1993 we purchased our first 2nd home in Little River and still go there 6 or 8 times a year. We subsequently have purchased 3 investment properties, one of which is an 8 bedroom in Cherry Grove for the specific purpase of housing all of my golfing buddies in one place rather than spread them out in individual 2 bedroom units. The picture is of my wife and me celebrating my 60th birthday.
