This ground level waterfront condo is located at The Lodge at Walden. This beautiful fully furnished one bedroom/one bath sleeps 2-4 comfortably and has a fabulous view of the marina, lake, and cove.
The condo has a KING size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Also in the living room is a flat screen TV, DVD/Stereo, cable TV, and internet access. There is another flat screen TV in the master bedroom.
The condo is equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator with ice-maker, blender, coffee maker, toaster, iron, all kitchen utensils, hair dryer, alarm clock, and a gas grill. You will also be provided with linens, pillows, bath and beach towels.
For boat owners, the complex has a private boat dock that can be used for up to 48 hours (the boat dock is also a great place for fishing). The complex has a very nice private pool, located just 40 ft from the back door of the condo. (Photos of the lake/cove were taken from the patio.)
You will have access to Walden Yacht Club featuring gourmet dining overlooking the lake, poolside service, and a great Sunday Brunch! The Yacht Club's competition size pool, playground, and restaurants are all within walking distance. The Walden Racquet Club’s tennis courts and weight room are just a short drive from the condo. A paved "hike-and-bike" trail runs throughout Walden.
‘Just for Fun Boat Rentals’ is located at the nearby Walden Marina. Just for Fun rents wave runners, ski boats, and pontoon boats.
Outside of the Walden area, there are plenty of golf courses and antique shops nearby.
This is a wonderful weekend getaway!

Why the Owner Chose Conroe
We fell in love with the peace and quiet of this cove and small, freindly complex in Walden. It is a great place for some R&R.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our favorite thing to do at the condo is to simply enjoy the view! The patio is a wonderful place to unwind with a cup of coffee or glass of wine and watch the sunrise, sunset, boats, birds, etc.

Best value on the lake. Swam and floated in the lake after hours, enjoyed the yacht club facilities, dined at the "Caddyshack" at Walden golf course, Super Walmart on Hwy 105 made shopping for supplies a dream. Condo had everything needed for a terrific stay, from utensils to a dishwasher, on site washer & dryers, great swimming pool just a few yards from your patio.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

We had a great time at this condo-quiet and relaxing during our weekday stay. It was clean and well-maintained, with all the kitchen supplies we needed to cook with. Rita and Scott were very accommodating in answering all my many questions in a timely manner! We loved the location-close to the pool and on bottom floor, so we were just steps from the water. We look forward to coming back-the water was a little low this time, but actually provided a little "beach" on the sides to get into the lake + there are also ladders from the bulkhead to enter water when levels are up. The only thing that could add more fun, would be a kayak. Unfortunately, the boat rental place close by did not have them.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

What a great condo with a great view! Rita and Scott were great to work with! They have furnished this condo with everything you need, and they provided us with so much information about the local dining, entertainment, and recreation. If you're like me and cringe at the thought of walking into a hotel wondering if the sheets, blankets, and shower were really cleaned, you'll love this place. It's immaculate! We had a great, relaxing time, and we really appreciate you allowing us to stay an extra day on such short notice. We'll definitely be back!

This condo is just what the doctor ordered...clean, cozy, right on the water, easy access to all the local venues...absolutely perfect! I cannot wait till my next visit!

This was the best place ever!!! We really had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. The condo was beyond our expectations, we were very impressed. It was equipped with everything that we needed. The neighbors were fantastic and very helpful. The fishing was great, my husband caught a 15 pound cat fish and alot of brimm. We are already looking forward to our next trip. My husband and I had an incredibly relaxing and comfortable stay! The condo was very refreshing and neat. There are many things to do around this community but it was hard to leave this cozy condo! The owners are very pleasant people and we enjoyed working with them. Can't wait for our second visit!!
